lol i would but i can't stand the guy
and don’t wanna hear him talk
CHILL JOHN...
Open your ears and let some good in.
frank is such a idiopt
its not even nogeria bitching about him being injured for that fight, its everone else who saw the fight….frank get over yourself nog is so humble and your the complete opposite on the douche-o-meter
Just speaking frankly (no pun intended) about Big Country (should drop to 205, can’t hang with the bigger HWs), Kimbo (showing some promise, can be good if he gets with a good camp), the HW division (will never be as stacked as lighter divisions because big, athletic guys go into football or basketball), excessive politeness (thinks it’s stupid to give cliche statements about how great my opponent is, have so much respect for him etc. because you’re going to fight anyway. Say what you think. He’ll be trying his hardest to kick your ass no matter what you say.)
John, I know you hate Mir, but he is very intelligent and thoughtful and gave a good interview.
Good times and riches and son of a bitches
I've seen more than I can recall.
It was a good interview. I don’t mind Mir at all. What he said about Nog is true, if you’re that hurt then pull out (I know Nog is a warrior) cause nobody wants to win or lose that way. Take care of yourself first. Then there’s no excuses.
Myth: Three Americans die every year from rabies. Fact: Four Americans die every year die from rabies.
Yeah riight
No wonder he wants Big Country to drop to LHW…he’s fn scared that he could be exposed again by Nelson on the ground. God I hate that irrelevant prick.
Love him or Hate him...
This was a very good interview.

Agreed PW, good interview.
no BS this time. And he was right about it being stupid for fighters to fight if they have injuries that will affect the result. What Nog did was stupid and he and his fans will be paying for it until he wipes that smirk of Mir’s face.
TALKTALKTALK
Man does Mir ever shut up. He’s talented and knowledgeable, but talks so much shit! At least he knows no one likes him. I’d like to see Kongo knock him out, but I doubt it will happen.
I liked it.
I’m no fan of Mir (especially after the preview show) but that was refreshingly honest. Good stuff.
Interesting about Nelson dropping to LHW
He probably could be very effective there. That’s a lot of gut to lose though and dieting like that would take like a year….

"Kimbo throws that jab to finish fights"--Goldberg
Yea,
this was one of his better interviews. He was being open and honest! And he ain’t lying about the 8 hrs of constent hardcore training thing! Anybody who has a decent understanding about the human body already knows that traing like that would seriously damage the body! If, someone could pull it off more than once!

He surprisingly had some good points, and I’m a HUGE Mir hater….but then he started bashing on Nog like only he can….then he started talking about how Lesnar was basically in the wrong but what he himself says is ok. Mir conveniently forgets saying how he wants to end his career, rip his face off, rip an arm off, things like that. He’s saying it like all he ever said was “His ground skills suck”.
i actually would like to see mir vs roy
then we can all see how overrated mir’s bjj is
DOWN WITH KONGO!
All you Mir haters can suck it. A fighter that actually speaks with some knowledge, tells it like it is, and you guys all hate it. Boo hooo! I hope he hurt your feelings.
Not bad I must say
I didn’t find any faults in any of his comments (aside from the NOG stuff). The HW athletes doing other stuff in sports is soooo true.
HW division
I think in general that there are less people the size of HW’s and most do end up in other sports. Mir’s as cocky as it gets but he speaks the truth most of the time.

Frank is well spoken, I think he is quite intelligent, on the mark with injuries comments…no slant against nog…but come on your hurt and you know it..dont fight…you make it worse and then to use it as an excuse post fight…doesnt wash. Frank is confident in his abilities and honest to what he thinks. why water it down? they re fighters!
Besides maybe Bisping
Mir’s the guy I most like watching lose.
The thing I like least about Mir is he talks like he’s got it all figured out, but then he steps into the octagon, and nothing he says comes true.
