Great picture but I thought fighting was about the fighters. . .not the sunset. Is it just me?

It looks like one of those motivation posters sales guys hang on their cubicle wall.

Good times and riches and son of a bitches
I've seen more than I can recall.

They should’ve put a ring near the edge of the cliff. Make it look like somthing out of Mortal Kombat.

Awesome

Dynamite Fields – “TO THE DEATH”. I like it!

by haglnuts on Dec 8, 2009 12:01 PM EST up reply actions

its calming

I feel like Quarry in the tuf house. A moment of zen as I sit perched on a rock. Or like Nightmare I believe it was, who trained in the rain, cause he could feel the lightnings electricity come thru his body.

:S

ha ha geez you guys!

I think its neat using some art instead of a bunch of topless dudes. I kno what they look like.

I hope there is a wee bit less theatrics then this past K1 prix though. I feel Dream 11 had a perfect balance of it. But K1 had too much. Especially the dancing Asian girls that had about a 10 minute time slot @ halftime. That’s right halftime! Ha ha. And they were god awful! Thank god for the dancing & musical abilities of Europe, North America, & Canada etc.

LOL

Worby, for a second you really had me questioning my own sexuality! But yeah, I’m man enough to admit it. I DO prefer the ripped topless dudes to showcase a fight. Oh damn. . . .

there’s a halftime to give the gp participants time to rest (and also to show many commercials on the tv broadcast in japan)

The Voice made it entertaining

Schiavello freaking cracks me up.

Pound it!!! POUND IT HARD!!!!!!!!!!

The commentating however was refreshing although a lil repetitive as each event your guaranteed to hear “Good night Irene” 5x ha ha i’ve started to like how outrageous they are.

Best @ Dream 11 was “As he exploded on to the mma scene like a massive orgasm!”

And at K1 my favorite was “My nipples are so hard thinking about this fight, you could rub them together & start a fire!”.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ah

The Voice is the man, best play by play guy in MMA and K-1 he’s intelligent and witty. One of the worst things about not having HDNet is not being able to watch a show with Schiavello on commentary.

"I’ll continue to watch their events and I hope they’ll (Zuffa) tune in to my fights in Strikeforce. After all, I’m a true fan of our fantastic sport and would love only to see MMA continue to grow."
Dan Henderson, classy.

"The reality is that I pushed him into signing that deal... I wanted him to s**t or get off the pot."
Dana White, classless.

Japanese production values > American production values

They put a lot more effort into making their shows a spectacle, their superb posters, music and entrances really get you fired up and in awe at these events, they are head and shoulders above the UFC’s generic themes and posters.

FEG posters always dominate Zuffa posters.
