What a waste!

The two best wrestlers at LHW facing each other = a boring fight that will eliminate one of them and a lot of potentially interesting style vs style matches in the future. With so few top grapplers in a division dominated by strikers, it’s a shame to eliminate one of them. Basically we’re looking at a kickboxing division where the LHW elite won’t even have to worry about takedown defense anymore. While it will be interesting to see who’s stronger between these two legendary wrestlers, neither of them is fighting at their prime weight and I’d much rather see Couture vs Lil Nog, Rashad, or Thiago, and Coleman against guys like Forrest and Chuck.

Lil Nog would cripple couture

But it don’t matter since coleman is gonna UD and retire Capt. paycheck. Couture’s wall and stall doesn’t stand a chance against the possum and lay n pray combo he’s gonna face. Add the awesome motivational speeches from Baroni and “Kev”- couture is a dead man walking.

Meh

I was hopeful that Coleman could pull it off then i remembered his record in the past 5 fights is 1-4…

Well...

Not sure how many interesting matches Coleman would offer, he gets so gassed, or ooops my band, just playing possum lol. I know Coleman beat Bonnar and what not but comeon! And I think LWH is the prime weight for both because they do not maximize on the heavyweight limit.

Mike Straka kissing so much Couture ass

Trying to sidskirt the issue of that BS decision Couture was gifted by not referencing it as one of the recent controversies in judging, then when Randy himself brings it up Straka immediately dismisses it saying Randy had “octagon control” as if it were a clear cut decision

UFC is sure milking it

Randy vs Coleman and now Chuck vs Tito 3, which Dana said is the fight fans want to see…oh really? Anybody want to seeChuck vs Tito 3? Not me, that happened when both guys were in their prime and Chuck won easily…what’s the point? That’s like giving Forrest 2 more times to beat Anderson….

here it is...

this is chuck’s last fight professionally. he retires with a sweet paycheque from a reality show, and a win over tito; and then it’s off to speaking tours and professional partying for chucky.

formerly JB, trying to figure out this whole new SB deal. oh, and another thing; i'm not impressed by your performance.

If Tito loses to Chuck he should just retire right away.

He needs to be more confident and just fight, He doesn’t believe in himself when he fights standing up, you can tell that he does everything at 50%, he breaks himself down mentally when he’s standing even if he is doing pretty good and just sets his mind on getting takedowns all the time, the way he’s trying to force takedowns like he does can’t be good for his back either. When you get hit in the face you should get mad and wanna punch back not give up and go for a takedown.

Past their Prime

These guys are the old guard MMA fighters, including Hughes, I have a lot of respect for all of them. However, they’re looking for interesting matchups where they have a decent shot at winning, making $$$, staying involved and if they’re lucky dana will give them 1 big fight with an elite contender for a possible title shot if they get the ‘W’. I don’t mind they keep fighting as long as they aren’t pushed to the head of the line and prove themselves 1st.
