he should have kept the beard
and vampire teeth. I hardly recognized him. Happy to see my boy Andrei has a fallback career. Shame about his chin. Before “the Lesnar Era”, AA was one probably the most gifted athlete to ever fight at Heavyweight.

He always had that chin...
but wisely choose to go on the offensive and send off bombs…if he goes back to that style he will okay

key for defeating russian universal soldier...
After about 10 minutes of taking a beating, wait for the wild and careless flying knee and hit him in the chin.

Im embarrased
…grew up in the 80’s, loved Van Damme, loved to hate Dolph. I will be the first to man up and admit that, maybe not @ theatres, but at somepoint I will watch this…..with a certain amount of enthusiasm I might add. I know I know, not cool, but what can I do

Don't fight it.
Jean Claude is a bad ass and any guy from the 80’s knows it. Knowing what we all know now he would destroy Steven Segal in an MMA match. Anyway, never saw a Van Damme movie I didn’t like. He may never win an oscar but he is always entertaining. I will be watching this in the theatres. Perfect mindless summer movie entertainment. I don’t want to cry myself to sleep or think deeply about the human condition. I want to be entertained for my $8.50 dammit.

Did you hear that on Stern or something?

I heard that too.
I read an interview with Zito in a magazine that talks about that fight. The only thing is that even when Zito told it, it kinda sounded like a sucker punch. He said that Van-Damme had been drinking, they got into an argument, Van-Damme leaned over to Zito’s face and said “Your full of shit”, and Zito popped him one that sent him and his chair over. I could really care less about Van-Damme or his reputation, but punching a drunk guy that is sitting in a chair is not exaclty kicking his ass in a fight.

To my understanding Zito has been training martial arts for years . He has or had been a bouncer throughout NY for along time. Not sure if the Hells Angels thing helped his job or if he was actually that bad ass, but he had a certain rep. around NYC.

I live in NY
and was a club kid for years, partying in the city, word was that he could fight

as a former nyc club fiend as well through the 90's
you are reefering to Zito correct Rob? I know they mainly worked strip clubs at the time but Zito supossedly was the man. It was wierd to see him and Evan from Biohazard in the show OZ after seeing them around town so much.

This doesn’t look as bad as some of the recent MMA star cross over into motion picture film attempts. What I don’t know is why more people don’t try to take is slower and learn the craft so they’re no labeled a B actor right away. I’m not sure what will become of Don Frye and his acting career, but he at least is taking the proper direction to breaking into it. Start slow, learn and build from there. Not much different then MMA. You wouldn’t see a new comer to combat sports jump right in there with a world champ.

Better role for a MMA fighter one that doesn't need a lot of talking
Back in the day I was a huge JCVD fan and this one doesn’t look to bad. One of my fauvorite all time classics is Lionheart. If you haven’t seen it I suggest you get a copy it’s a

Such a random cast of actors! Anything with Van Damme in it is an automatic twin!
