Strikeforce 'Fedor vs Rogers' weigh in photos and gallery for Nov. 6

"Mayhem" Miller monkeys around at the Strikeforce weigh-ins earlier today for "Fedor vs. Rogers." More exclusive pics after the jump.

Star-divide

Gegard has that look in his eye...

Non-title bout. In pro wrestling that means the champ loses.

"Bigfoot" hulking up.

Will the victor face the winner of Fedor vs. Rogers?

Vacant 185-pound title belongs to one of these two men.

Can Rogers pull off the ultimate upset?

The winner may have the unenviable task of facing "Cyborg" Santos.

Kolosci vs. Bailey.

Mark Miller hits the trademark Hulkster pose.

Neace misses weight and Curran has words for the Commission.

Pele in da house!

Aoki appeared and mumbled something about wanting to fight in America.

Be sure to check us out on Saturday night (Nov. 7) for more live Strikeforce "Fedor vs. Rogers" coverage from the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

Why is it that every other fight org has hotter ring girls than the UFC?

What did Curran say?

Red dog…You’re right, that chick is hot. Maybe not hotter than all the UFC girls, but definitely hotter than the new girl they got.

P.S. SHINYA PLEASSSEEEE COME TO THE UFC. That way BJ penn can destroy you!. I would really like to hear anyone’s reasoning behind why they think shinya would win that fight. His only way… I repeat… his only way to get a win against BJ is to take him down and THEN having the crazy task of submitting BJ Penn. Too bad for him BJ has some of the best TD defense in the world if not the best.

by HoT SaUCe on Nov 7, 2009 12:04 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

guard pull? but yea he wouldn’t ever win that fight if they fought 100 times. Doesn’t mean he won’t sub out everyone else though.

Aoki isnt coming to the UFC. Why would he when he can fight for bot DREAM and SF with their new partnership. Only way I can see aoki in the UFC is if the UFC guarantees that they will have some shows in Japan.

Big fights await him in the DREAM/SF partnership. Aoki vs:
El nino
Thompson (title Unification)
alvarez rematch
Kawajiri
JZ
Diaz (at a catchweight)

I wish that SF would scrap the Diaz/Heiron match up, and book Diaz vs. Hyato Sakurai

Hot Sauce… GSP has far better TD defense, so does Chuck, Machida, Lesnar and basically any other wrestler. BJ doesn’t have the best anything in the world.

by jj on Nov 7, 2009 12:08 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

haha thats a one in a million chance. i don’t see it going that way. there’s a reason fedor’s undefeated. people say he hasnt fought nobody, but he has. He just makes everyone look like a nobody. Fedor by Sub.

I’m pullin for my boy mayhem!

That would be tight

by RedDog on Nov 7, 2009 6:06 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Fedor by kimura. All the top strikers were submitted by fedor. He’ll have to though stay off the cage otherwise Rodgers will knock him out. Rodgers will be pushing the action all the way, that’s his only chance of winning.

Hey Jesse, you should have smacked mayhem in the face.

Man I hope Fedor loses.

by Josh H. on Nov 7, 2009 7:31 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

Why is that ?

Because he dident sign with the UFC ?

Grow up , No need to be hating on him , Just because he dident sign doesent make him less of a fighter , He is still the best heavyweight in the world untill someone beats him , Maybe rogers do it tonight maybe not , We will find out.

NEVER

by Il Nino on Nov 7, 2009 7:42 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

People have put Fedor up on a very high pedestal. The fall is inevitable for all human fighters and Fedor is no different. The prize for being the man who beats Fedor is enormous. I think The Grim knows this and will make the most of the huge exposure that this fight provides to showcase his destructive power. I have Brett Rogers making Fedor look silly in a devastating 1st round pummeling. The longer the ref lets this go the worse it will be for Fedor.

by Einstein on Nov 7, 2009 7:51 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

LOL wake up man. He is the Last Emperor. Its physically impossible for him to lose.

by lyotoFTW on Nov 7, 2009 8:38 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

FEDOR doesnt lose.He will bide his time and wait for the kill shot.Rogers may actually start looking good.Thats when BAM! it happens.KO late first!Wishing For a Buck Rogers win is like wishing for world peace.

FEDOR IS THE BESTS P4P u tools have no clue about mma. His rhytm and loose punches are what creates power something no other fighter has

by zack on Nov 7, 2009 12:16 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

Fedor will see his opening and the end will soon follow for Rogers. I’m going with a nice combo or two on the feet and then a quick but brutal finish on the mat. Fedor by RNC round 2.
