Weak-ass poster for a weak-ass card. Fitting.

nogueira/cane, johnson/koscheck, and davis/saunders should all be sick fights though

The only reason i would even entertain getting this card would be for lil nog. War Nogs!!!!

That fight will awsome as will the Anthony Johnson fight I believe. This card could end up sith great action and with the Strikeforce event coming up for free as well 105 as well being free on the 14th I have no problem pitching in $10 to see this yeah I would of prefered watching the Brock and Carwin fight but all in all being the sixth event since August this card is not to bad. I’m very interested in how Tito looks against a tough Forrest who is no give me fight and with out a doubt a top ten LHW fighter the anthony & KOS fight should be action packed as well the Cane and NOG fight has a lot of intrigue and I’m expecting another good fight the rest is not bad but as far as quality this card is looking great evenly matched fighters going toe to toe the star power may be lacking for the casual fan but for the fan looking for competitive fights this card should satisfy any MMA fan that watches. Star power is second on my list though behind quality so if your looking for names over action this might not be your card but I’m pumpede to be watching three weeks in a row of MMA action!

Tito will gas early in this fight watch….
by Lestat on Nov 3, 2009 11:08 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Forrest will throw the same 123 combo because he doesn’t know anyting else. It’s gonna be a split decision.

This is Tito first fight in awhile and I wouldn’t be shocked to see Forrest push the fight and take advantage of the ring rust. Forrest look bad against the #1 pound for pound fighter and has held his own against other quality fighters this is no easy test or give me fight like some are basing on Forrests last outing expect this one to be a slug fest.
by Puck Head on Nov 3, 2009 2:44 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Tito won’t gas. Big Bear altitude is on his side…BUt it is a weak-ass poster! Ugly! Not like the UFC 105 one.
by Syd on Nov 3, 2009 6:22 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
They’re not actually standing face to face in the picture. Tito is actually 20 feet away from the camera, but it had to be that way for their heads to be the same size.

Should read, “Big Head vs Cry Baby 2” but then wouldn’t be sure who is who

Spot on, Alpha! Two of the simian-lookinest dudes ever to come down from the trees! People say MMA fighters can’t transition to movies, but I’m sure I saw I saw Forrest in the preview for that movie “SPACE CHIMPS” and Tito in “CONGO”. (No wait…that guy had opposable thumbs! My bad!) And I think they both co-starred with Wandy the Orangutan in that “PLANET OF THE APES” remake I call “MARKY-MARK AND THE MONKEY BUNCH.”

Yeah I kind of agree, I was looking forward to Brock and Carwin but I bet Griffin vs Tito will be a good fight even though it will not have much of an impact on the division standings. I cannot wait for Rumble vs Kos… if Rumble can make weight lol.
by Edgecrusher71 on Nov 3, 2009 10:22 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
yeah Brock vs Carwin would have been nice but im gonna buy the card either way because this has potential to be a amazing fight for the Co and Main event
by Mylah on Nov 3, 2009 10:30 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Tito by decision, just like the first fight. When both fighters wait for the magic knock out punch the last bell has rung and you leave it once again in the hands of the judges.
by Sheriff on Nov 3, 2009 9:59 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
I can’t look at Griffin without getting an image in my head with him on his back flailing his arms in the air.
Anyone else suffering from this?
by Lester The Pimp on Nov 3, 2009 10:00 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
extremely comical imo…flailing around like a wounded duck…lol
by McArthur on Nov 3, 2009 10:10 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
It broke my hear to see Griffin get smashed by Silva. In the pre-fight interveiws Griffinw as saying that, “Silva makes people look bad. He made Franklin look bad. He made Henderson look bad.” After making those comments, I acutally thought Griffin was gonna fight smart and use his size to impose his will. The complete opposite happened. I thought Griffinw as gonna win that fight by decision. Man I was wrong. Griffin will be back. I can see him holding the 205 strap again one day. You guys will laugh at me, but this dude has way too much heart to just be an average fighter.
by Red on Nov 3, 2009 10:18 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
you’re right, we’re laughing at you!
I like Forrest a lot, and think he is currently underrated. I don’t think he’s ever really been TOP 3, but he has pulled off some amazing wins against much more gifted fighters and he’s got loads of courage. Forrest knew in his heart that Silva was gonna destroy him and make him look worse than Franklin or Hendo. He knew Dana was setting him up to make Silva look good. He took the fight anyway and gave it his best shot. I respect him for that.
by shonuff on Nov 3, 2009 10:49 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
How far is either guy away from a title shot tho with a win here? Winner of this vs winner of vera vs couture might decide the next number one contender. Not saying I agree with it but I could see it happening
by eagzy on Nov 3, 2009 11:27 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
ehhh forrest is 0-2 in his last 2 fights man, cant see him getting a title shot for a while, espeically with shogun/machida 2 on tap
by brendan on Nov 3, 2009 11:41 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
So is randy, but if they win there upcoming fights an then the two winner fight whoever wins this wud be on a two fight win streak. Now that’s how shogun got his title shot isn’t it? Plus we all know that if u r a big enough name then it’s much easier to get a title shot??? It would be about right timing too after a shogun machida rematch
by eagzy on Nov 3, 2009 5:54 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
Tito has a big head… and Forrest needs a shave.
by pac265 on Nov 3, 2009 10:22 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
yawn… that being said Griffin by decision since this is only a 3 round fight and Tito has to have considerable amount of ring rust
by kibbled_bits on Nov 3, 2009 10:22 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
I will be skipping this one, in all honesty, 4 weeks although a short amount of time, is not that short to come up with something better

Yeah, can’t see myself pushing the order button for $55 or so after all the fees for this set of fights.
and without ordering, I won’t have to listen to Rogan talk about Big Bear, altitude training, Big Bear, running early in the morning at altitude, and how tito is in super shape because of Big Bear, oh and altitude.
Tito, with all that high altitude training should be 47-0 right now, and hold every damn belt available, from lightweight, because you can lose weight at altitude(maybe, maybe not) right up to heavyweight.
You just never know how a fight is going to turn out when you tussle with a guy that trains at altitude, ESPECIALLY Big Bear. cripes, stop me now………..

Tito beat Vitor,Wanderlei,Rashad,Griffin and went 3 rounds with Machida….he does not suck. He got KO’d by Chuck, so did randleman, Randy twice, overeem, babaloo, and vitor. Tito was the man but he needs to evolve, learn some jits and perhaps some judo so he is not such a predictable double leg machine.
by hatteras on Nov 3, 2009 11:19 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
hatteras…Tito never beat Rashad; that was a draw. Chuck never KO’ed Vitor. Chuck knocked him down and Vitor fell on his ass, but Chuck didn’t knock him out.
by Red on Nov 3, 2009 11:40 AM EST up reply actions 0 recs
it was only a draw because Tito got the point deducted for the fence grab…so he essentially " beat " Rashad..but lost the fight because of the point deduction…wasnt a whooping by any means but I thought Tito squeaked out the rounds
by salamagogo on Nov 3, 2009 1:06 PM EST up reply actions 0 recs
A lot of people have gone 3 rounds with Machida

I’m still mad that karo/Dustin is on main card and amir/Phil. Although i’d like to see both they should be the 2 free prelims that Dana damn well better supply us since all his cards are falling apart only to be scraped together last minute. We deserve to see a couple of these under card fights for sure
by Daniel worby on Nov 3, 2009 11:54 AM EST reply actions 0 recs
Yeah, it’s not the greatest card in the world, but still interesting none the less. I can’t wait to see Cane/Nogueira, and Ortiz/Griffin should be good.I believe the “Rumble” hype train stops here with Koscheck winning convincingly.

Alot of hating going on in here, you guys just got to accept the fact that tito is back at what he does best…thats get in there and put on a good show..and fight like a man unlike the last main event we just saw with machida ..rrrrrunning as usual ohh im sorry the elusive fighter….give me a break. I know this will be a better main event than the last one call forrest a crybaby all you want at least he tried to bang with silva…not run, i espect both fighters and know this will be a better fight than the last ppv…trust me NO disrespect to shogun who pushed the entire fight…sorry ladys and gents but RUA should be our champ……WAR TITO!!!!!!!

run and cry after a fight, and get rewarded with a main event shot on your very next fight!

Thank god lil Nog was added to this card. As for the rest of the card, sometimes the lesser names put on the best fights…well hoping anyway.

I BET THIS CARD DOES BETTER THAN MOST OF YOU ARE THINKING. TITO IS STILL A DRAW. IF YOUR TAKING THE TIME TO POST ABOUT HIM ONLINE PEOPLE WILL DEFF TAKE THE TIME TO WATCH HIM FIGHT STILL.
by JR on Nov 3, 2009 4:38 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
The only thing interesting on the poster is the “Left 4 Dead 2” logo.
Sweet game.
