Mr. T was WAY more interesting of a character than Rampage. It’s not even a contest.

by Dicky Mike on Oct 24, 2009 7:23 PM EDT reply actions

He was a character all right. Has anyone seen Mr T’s Be Somebody… uh I don’t know what to call it, film? documentary? 90 minute 80’s music video?

Just doesn’t look right hey !?!? Fuck Rampage is a dickhead !!
I used to think he was a legend then i saw his documentary on himself, Lost a lot of respect from that but gave him a chance still, now i cant stand him after TUF and this recent bullshit.

by CAGE on Oct 24, 2009 7:31 PM EDT reply actions

Get over yourself d**khead – anyone would have jumped at this and I bet everyone who hates him because of his recent performance on TUF will forget all about it … including you!!

by DownUnder on Oct 24, 2009 8:00 PM EDT up reply actions

I’ve hated him long before. I seen him backstage at a King of the Cage event in 2000 when he lost to Marvin Eastman talking all kinds of shit and acting like a fucking self centered tool. Guy is a selfish arrogant prick that always needs to be the center of attention – just like a typical bitch.

Anybody that supports Rampage at this point must be a Tool themselves… I was semi-supporting Rampage and his decision to do the movie, but after TUF, seeing him not support his fighters in the cage after they lose, kinda got to me… BUT seeing him pick on Schoonover (a guy he know he can whoop) a rookie TUF contestant and wanting to fight him… I think ‘RAMPAGE IS A SELFISH, IGNORANT, D*CKHEAD’.. until he proves otherwise.

by DAVE A on Oct 24, 2009 10:30 PM EDT up reply actions

No. Not everyone would have jumped at this. Granted, I can’t see the future, but I foresee a piss poor movie.

by chefdaddy on Oct 24, 2009 8:31 PM EDT up reply actions

I agree. I love Jessica Biel, who is also in it, but this has “Wait for DVD” written all over it.

by naturalshadow on Oct 24, 2009 9:05 PM EDT up reply actions

…more like “Straight to DVD”

Liam Neeson can carry the emotional/drama sequence’s since he’s actually a talented actor; but as far as the rest of the cast… who knows. They should definatly minimize Page’s lines and just throw him into the action scenes.

Take it easy there Downunder, no need to call people names. You’re taking what he said a little too personally, its a bit weird, so chill out.

I doubt ppl will forget rampage’s antics on TUF, think about it, ppl still dont like Rashad because of the way he apparently acted back in TUF 2 and how many years ago was that?

by Albow on Oct 24, 2009 9:05 PM EDT up reply actions

Cool Albow, calmed :) … Rashad was always to cocky before his time, this is why people hated him – now that he has proven himself, people have more respect. Rampage has always had the credentials, personality and he will always be a favourite ….

by DownUnder on Oct 24, 2009 9:20 PM EDT up reply actions

I always liked Rashad, he did a couple of minor things within a split second and people didn’t like him… but he was never acted anything like Rampage has. Matt Hughes has one of the best MMA careers but it wasn’t until the TUF show that people really started to see him for who he is…. same with ‘Bully Rampage’… if he ever fights Rashad I predict a ton of Boo’s for The ‘Bully Page’.

by DAVE A on Oct 24, 2009 10:37 PM EDT up reply actions

As much hate people have towards Rampage for ducking Rashad, I still want to see this movie.

by Sean M on Oct 24, 2009 7:33 PM EDT reply actions

It’s not just ducking Rashad it’s also his broken responsibility to Dana White and the UFC. Lots of fans gave him a pass on his Freeway Monster Truck Fiasco. His behavior on TUF just really confirms what a d*ckhead he is and it’s the last straw for a lot of us.

by DAVE A on Oct 24, 2009 11:17 PM EDT up reply actions

I hate to say it but can’t deny the truth, I’m a die hard Page fan since his stint in Pride, but I can’t say I’m 100% behind him lately; I used to HATE Rashad Evans but I’m actually coming around because of recent interviews before this season of TUF and for sure becoming a fan after watching him coach this season. When/if those two actually fight; I might even be rooting for Evans to win. I just don’t know about Page anymore; he’s always seemed like a good natured, funny person in all his interviews but lately I’ve found myself agreeing with a lot of the negative opinions posted about him.

by O damn he got caught on Oct 25, 2009 5:52 AM EDT up reply actions

Great cast in terms of how big the movie will be – Neeson (a legend), Cooper (seems to be in every movie at the moment). Good on Rampage for taking an awesome opportunity, any of the fighters would have done exactly the same thing.

Thar guy in the middle. The one with titties on his mind. Is he the coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs?

by charlyw on Oct 24, 2009 7:55 PM EDT reply actions

The guy playing Murdoch looks more like Dirk Benedict, the original Face.
THis movie has straight to Redbox written all over it.

Hey Mania, you have a ‘counter’ for all the Rampage haters?

by Ground-Game on Oct 24, 2009 8:04 PM EDT reply actions

Bradley Cooper looks way too good to be in that pic.

I hope the theme of this movie is guns rule, karate sucks!!

by Slam City on Oct 25, 2009 2:56 AM EDT reply actions

I actually think Arwin off of suite life of zack and cody would do a better job as murdock. Face should have been the guy playing murdock.

Anyway it will suck a$$.

Thats all that matters.

My kids watch Zach and Cody, how old are you?

I hope they don’t let him drive the van.

Hey Fool!! BA Barracus here. This movie is so funny. You are all going to enjoy the movie. Rampage does quite a nice job portraying the bad a** BA Barracus. Face is Face. This guy is such a perfect fit.

What’s all this negative bologna about Rampage? Who in your house did he bother? So why join Rashad’s bandwagon? Who’s Rashad? Just a showboat, but if you like showboats, then by all means… He had extensive knowledge about what it takes to be on TUF. Rampage didn’t. SO, because Rashad knew the ins and outs and how to make a person look bad, you all are going to fall for that? Come now. If you wish to stick with Evans, go ahead, but don’t think you are going to be very well respected when all is said and done. I’m sticking with Rampage, since he is for real. So he isn’t a coach, Big deal!!! Don’t you think if he were on again that he, too, wouldn’t know what to do and what looks good and what looks bad? Think real hard, now. If your choice is still the same, then I’ve said all I plan to. He fronts. The best thing about Rashad Evans is: he got Knocked the f*** out!!! by Machida. LALA Land. mimis! ¡es tuvo! No mas!! Sho ‘nuf humbled his a**, didn’t it? Perhaps now he can grow up, but he is not throwing salvos at Rampage? Not grown up yet, is he?
