Prediction!
205 lbs.: Matt “The Hammer” Hamill (7-2) vs. Jon “Bones” Jones (9-0)
~I think Matt comes out striking and catches Jones a few times early in the first round. then Matt drops Jones but doesn’t finish him there. When the second round starts they both start throwing and Matt catches Jones with a left hook drops him and pounces forcing the ref to stop the fight.
-Matt via TKO 3rd min in the 2nd round
265 lbs.: Roy Nelson vs. Brendan Schaub
~The fight starts off with Roy in sort of a defensive stance waiting for Brendan to make the first move and doesn’t really lay out and hard hits. Then after the 3rd minute Brendan throws a amazing straight right the forces Big Country to tumble and Brendan attacks and causes Roy to get KO’d from the flurry of ground and pound Brendan throws.
-Brendan via KO 3rd min in the 1st round
215 lbs.: Kimbo Slice vs. Houston Alexander
~The fight starts off as everyone predicted it too they both stand toe to toe face to face and start throwing massive bombs at each other. They both equally land significant punchs that make the fight seem pretty even… in the beginning that is. Then all of a sudden Kimbo charges towards Houston and takes him down. Kimbo pulls to half guard grabs Houstans arm and pulls off a Old school armbar.
-Kimbo via Submission(Arm Bar) 2nd min in the 1st round
155 lbs.: Frankie “The Answer” Edgar (10-1) vs. Matt Veach (14-4)
~The both start off at a huge pace. Both striking quickly and going into many exchange a lot in the first 2 rounds with virtually no take downs. Then in the 3rd round Frankie pulls a takedown and ground and pounds him to the victory.
-Frankie via Split Decision
265 lbs.: Marcus Jones vs. Matt Mitrione
~Marcus and Matt start off with a few punchs that really dont look to be taking too much effect on either fighter. Matt throws a left hook and Marcus counters with a huge “Wrath of the Darkness” takedown that leaves Matt clueless. Marcus pulls his leg over Matts head from half guard and starts the ground and pound when the ref is forced to stop the fight.
-Marcus via TKO 3rd min in the 1st round
Thx for reading! These are just my predictions based on the fighting styles and specialty’s of each fighter.
