I like the cards, but not sure why the “2009 series” has fights from 2006 pictured…maybe it’s just a flashback like the BB cards used to do? Anyone have a line on this?

My Marlon Sims card is better than all of your cards put together at the same time.

My first few packs of card came with a stale piece of gum inside. The pack that I got my Gabe Reutiger card came with a cheeseburger!

My BJ and Diego cards I ordered online were sent to Memphis by mistake and instead I ended up with a bunch of free cards of British fighters that nobody else wanted.

I got a Dave Kaplan card and instead of a piece of gum it comes with a container of some white stuff. My guess is you’re supposed to dip it in sushi

It’s a shame the cards all look like 1 card from a seperate company.
Was hoping they’d have a similar theme of cards so that they all kind of blended together in a way.
These will be valuable down the road.

Honestly i think they should have one card per fight. You don’t fight in 2009, you don’t get a card. You fight three times, the should get a good photo from that fight and you get three cards.
This way cards could have subcategories besides the ‘set’ number and represent records in the UFC. ‘I have [Insert Fighter Name] 11-0 through 13-2, only missing 11-1.’
Each fight would have two cards, one of the victor and one of the loser… or possibly a combo card for crappy draws.
I dunno, might be a bad idea for some of the slow and just plan lame fights, but I’d like to have cards of say Forrest Griffin winning and getting KTFO, not just cards of the fighter standing there posed. Maybe that’s the idea behind the photo finish cards though…

The Silva card looks less like a TKO and more like a BJ.

I didn’t think people still collected trading cards anymore. I’m out of the loop.
