weight cut fiasco??? thats embellishing quite a bit if you ask me. he had a bad scale, was only .25lb over, and made it without killing himself. its not like he was 2 or hell even 1 pound over. i still like vitor in this fight by ko, but its gonna be a good one.

So, I know appearance doesn’t tell the whole story, but I feared for Rich much more when I thought Vitor still looked like he used to. He looks like he has an old guy body now.

Dude, DO you even watch the ufc? Rich is fighting at 195 for this fight and going back up to 205. Nate “The Great” is at 185. Rich already destroyed Nate anyway…..

I feel bad for any fighter that works stand up with shawn tompkins.. he truly sucks. Xtreme Coutore doesnt even have any great standup fighters so that says alot.

I’m not a fan of Tompkins, or really the whole Xtreme Couture fleet. I feel like they teach people to fight like Randy, and it just doesn’t work. There has been alot of losses out of there recently. Randy, Gina, Forest..
