UFC 104: Sean Sherk really is hurt ...
... and is not dodging random tests for steroids. And now he's even releasing personal medical test results to prove his innocence:

From Sherdog.com:
"I’m not dodging a drug test. I just took a drug test three months ago. I know I’m going to get drug tested. I’ve been drug tested probably more than any other fighter in the world.... It’s so frustrating. I feel like I’ve done so much to prove that I haven’t done anything wrong. Even with my case –- I went above and beyond to try to prove that I didn’t take anything."
Hopefully, this ends all the "controversy" that Sherk pulled a Nick Diaz and "skipped" a California State Athletic Commission (CSAC)-ordered drug screening prior to his 155-pound match up against Gleison Tibau at UFC 104: "Machida vs. Shogun" at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif., on Oct. 24.
Is that so hard to believe?

IrishKev — I’m with you all the way. Sherk’s case was always so borderline that, if it had been a jury case in a court of law, he would have been found not guilty, no problem. Others, well… the evidence would have been overwhelming in many cases. But Sherk’s was just not convincing, given his known work ethic, natural power and apparent testimony about his character.

A grade 1-2 AC separation…is well…exceedingly minor.

Except it it’s a grade 2 then it’s a month on the shelf as not to risk messing it up worse. Grade 1 still wouldn’t leave a person in fighting shape this close to the event since he’ll have to try and recoup the lost work on that particular arm.

Plus his injection site is still a little tender.

I beleive he is off the juice, his workouts are intense, I saw that caveman training video a little while back, the man’s routine is ridiculous. Yes he is not a natural 155er but he is a wrestler and they are always good at cutting weight. He probably has it down to a science.

He is still on the juice. It really irks me when users try and play the public like they are dumb. Don’t you know that we aren’t stupid and can see through your lies.

lies? really? like the 3 polygraph tests he passed? here i thought polygraphs were supposed to detect lies.
by Andrew on Sep 10, 2009 11:21 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
why do you think polygraphs are…hmmmmmmm…. not used in courts?? because they can easily be passed even when you are lying. i’ve got two friends that passed the polygraph plain as day and they were lying through there teeth!! Now it’s not the easiest thing in the world to do but it can be done and has been done. Passing a pollygraph means jack #@#%

Hopefully this will shut everyone up and will get people to leave him alone. I’m looking forward to his return to the octogon.
