Fedor wins by ko or submission rnd 1…I see him destroying rogers easily…war fedor

by war fedor on Sep 26, 2009 12:01 AM EDT reply actions   0 recs

Ill guarrantee right now that fedor wont win via ko…

by belfort_fan on Oct 12, 2009 1:35 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

i think that’s a safe bet too. should be arm bar or tko.

by naturalist on Oct 18, 2009 2:29 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

I’m going with arm bar in round 1, around the 2:30 mark.

by GreenStar on Nov 2, 2009 6:20 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Gotta pick Fedor for this fight. Round 1 TKO stoppage.

by Vern on Sep 26, 2009 1:59 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

how can any of you people still cheer for fedor, i understand that alot of people respect what he did in pride, but that is no reason for WAR FEDOR to be on his nuts so hard. Rodgers beat Arlovski quicker and in many peoples opinions better.

Fedor had a chance to prove he was the best in the ufc, instead he forever tarnished his great legacy by dodging top opponents.

FEDOR CAN GO FUCK HIMSELF

Could not agree more fedor=fight dodger…fedor is no big deal and stikeforce is a joke in itself look at how many comments there are?. Im going with rogers 1st rd ko..and when fedor looses his first fight heel retire and start making movies with rampage

by Fedorsucks123 on Oct 3, 2009 7:03 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

i agree he thinks hes good lmao,he should of went to ufc to fight top contenders like….shane carwin, brock lesner or junior dos santos lmfao fucking pussy!!!!!

by st420gie on Oct 5, 2009 3:34 AM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

What makes Carwin and dos Santos more legit than Rogers? You guys are jokes. Since when is a TKO better than a straight-up one-punch KO?

by Diceman on Oct 13, 2009 10:40 AM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

haha well he is the best still unbeaten the point is he wins even though he is living this life peeeple say softened all the ufc champs nd they lost their titles but fedor hasn’t nd lesnor is still not free yet

i hate how the media portrays fedor it was not his choice it was his strong arm management that would not takle the ufcs deal stupid

It seems as though Strikeforce is mirroring Affliction in how they put cards together. They are putting their top four fighters (Fedor, Gegard, Jake and Cyborg) all on the same card! What are they going to do for an encore? They don’t have anybody for Gegard or Cyborg to fight, and Alistair is too busy kickboxing in Korea.
I am definitely looking forward to this card but wonder what they have planned to keep what happened to Elite XC and Affliction from happening to them. That being depth of weight class development.
One more thing. Fedor is in a lose/lose situation as far as his reputation because he doesn’t really stand to gain much from beating any of the Strikeforce HWs except for exposure and money. But hey, maybe that’s all he’s interested in at this time.

Good post fedor=fight dodger!!! who cares about fedor at all..Everyone knows strikeforce sucks why do you think there putting it on national tv? Im saying Rogers by KO in the 1st

All the cheap tickets are sold out on ticketmaster. Any ideas how I can get some lower level tickets for $50-$75?

by Alex on Oct 5, 2009 11:27 AM EDT reply actions   0 recs

go get scalped at the event, they might be 10-40 dollars more but still they are good seats and you can allows bargain with the vendors

by fedor=fight dodger on Oct 8, 2009 2:46 AM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

been a long while since I’ve bought scalped tickets.

Where do these guys usually hang out? it’s not illegal to sell tickets like this? and what time would I want to go there to have alot of these guys there?

okay so i guess you don’t know what went down during negotiations. fedor didn’t duck the ufc. dana white wouldn’t agree to co-promote with M1-Global.

by sbishop122 on Oct 5, 2009 1:26 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

ya and the fact the ufc wouldn’t pay him a lucrative amount of money that the faces of the ufc don’t even make. What main fighters in the ufc other than cro cop were even allowed to fight outside of the ufc. Ya ok i’m going to pay fedor all this money and then when he makes no money and kicks the crap out of some fat Asian at M1-Global and possibly injures himself.

Dana wouldn’t even let rampage act let alone fight with another company and promote it. So fedor picked the easier route were he could have easier fights, since there is only 3 heavyweights in strikeforce worth mentioning. One won’t defend his title, one got knocked out of ufc, o ya but they have bob sapp hahahah…

Bobby Lashley vs Fedor would be fun but still fedor is a fight dodger

by fedor=fight dodger on Oct 8, 2009 2:43 AM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Of course he wouldnt co-promote why should he? Is the UFC in financial trouble? No that would be the only time they would co-promote. M1-Global has one fighter and he is not even close to being worthy of half of the UFC’s value thats what those crazy russians wanted. What happened to affliction when M1-Global got in they failed and thats what is going to happen to strikeforce now. I hope it doesn’t because strikeforce has some great fighters that are going to have to find another company once Fedor ruins another company. Fedor isn’t a fight dodger. He just could care less about fighting he just wants the money now and why fight people you are going to loose to when your money comes from buys from pay-per view or tv ratings. Once he gets beat which will be on Nov. 7th his ratings will just drop off

by Fedor haha on Oct 9, 2009 5:02 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Fedor doesn’t care about money. He has enough to live for 10 lifetimes with his simpistic cheap lifestyle in Russia. He fights cos he loves too and is going for the best option possible as he is still under contract with M1 for 4 more fights. UFC refused to co-promote and Fedor has no choice as he is a partner in M1 global too.

Thats like Lorenzo Fertitta doing a deal with Strikeforce to fund / promote their events behind Danas back. Some of you little children know nothing about business and are all butt hurt cos Fedor is not beating up overrated wrestlers in the UFC.

by Ca$z on Nov 3, 2009 11:00 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I will tell you how I can cheer for Fedor. More than 1 successful MMA company is good for fighters (better pay and more opportunities to fight) and good for fans (more events including more for free).

I can also cheer for Fedor because he has the courage to stand up to DW. Fedor is a man of integrity and respect. He may not want to work for someone who uses so much profanity and criticizes so many people. Personally, I like DW’s honesty. But Fedor is a very religious man and may not want to be associated with that type of behavior.

My question for you is, how does the UFC remaining a monopoly benefit fighters and fans? The only benefit I see is that we get to see all of the best fighters fight each other. But I contend that there will be more good fighters if there are multiple viable MMA organizations. Remember, other organizations like Strikeforce and Dream allow their fighters to fight occasionally in other organizations. The only reason that Fedor is not fighting UFC heavyweights is because DW refuses to allow his fighters to fight in other organizations or vice versa. I suggest that you stop blaming Fedor for doing what he believes is right and blame the UFC.

by Go Fedor! on Nov 3, 2009 7:31 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

the good thing about fedor is he has a very quick first strike move weather it is a left hook or right hook that seems all his opponent can’t see that coming, then the following barrages of combos are coming and it seems none of his opponent are able to deal with that yet, just watch his fight before against gary goodridge, gary didn’t know what he’s going to do in that fight and didn’t even manage to attempt any kind of strike, all he did that night was try to cover up from the barrage of combos from fedor, and also watch the tim silvia fight.

by mad_drummer on Oct 12, 2009 7:45 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

ya and gary goodridge was a glorified arm wrestler so i wouldn’t ever look at a fight against that guy as positive. Fedor has an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change during a lot of his fights, that’s what you need to focus on brett rogers. If you got him hurt, he’s not necessarily down for the count be patient or just unleash hell your call haha.

does anyone knows where and when the weight-ins will be hosted ?

by mikemike on Oct 20, 2009 7:39 AM EDT reply actions   0 recs

Please let Hendo be fighting Gegard. That would really make this card awesome.

by hatteras on Oct 22, 2009 10:49 AM EDT reply actions   0 recs

so does the winner get overoid? If not give the belt to the winner of Fedor vs whats his name. Fedor has a 3 fight contract so that leaves overoid, and then verdum after slamming and submitting this young can that has only been training for a year. So next year Fedor can go to the UFC. Brock might still be the champ then or have regained the title should he lose.

by hatteras on Oct 22, 2009 11:00 AM EDT reply actions   0 recs

Yeah Fedor is dodging fights because he is afraid of losing to a tier II wrestling champ with 4 MMA bouts who is now the UFC heavyweight champ…which shows how limp the division is now. In truth it is all business gentlemen.

Fedor/M-1 Global in tandem with Strikeforce are going to try to compete with the UFC using network TV as the vehicle, with the premier MMA heavyweight in the world(according to most publications and most people in MMA outside of the UFC who are sulking because he signed with Strikeforce) as thier main draw.

Fedor lends credibility to the organization and the hope is they will be able to draw more high-end scrappers as time goes on. If it doesn’t work out, you will see a co-production with M-1 and the UFC. Frank Fertitta was pretty bummed out when Dana couldn’t get it done with Fedor from what I understand so if he gets another opportunity and blows it, you never know what might happen.

Dan Henderson will be in Strikefoce soon, and more will follow. Fedor doesn’t need the UFC as much as the UFC needs Fedor.

Strikfeforce is going mainstream, which is where the UFC wanted to be before they were forced into PPV and latterly cable deals because of people like John McCain campaigning against it.

This has to be one of the least thought out comments I have seen posted on here todate. If you really think that just because SF has Fedor and a sad network deal that they are going to be able to compete with the UFC then I got fantatic bridge to sell you to. I agree that the UFC having the fight market monop’ed like they do is not a good thing for the fan or viewer but to say that 1 fighter is going to carry a mma club is just sad. He loses 1 fight and everything is gone. SF has other good fighters aswell but nothing that will draw enough to carry them more then a year or so tops. Also if you think that Dan is really gonna go with SF you are truly off your rocker.

wow! is this the critics vip section! i was just reading some of these comments, after going on the internet trying to find what channel i could watch this on (found it). it’s pretty awsome to see how all of you share the same intense passion and involvment in the sport of mma as i do.
don’t go on the internet much but i couldn’t help mycelf. i wouldn’t say i follow the sport as closely as many of you do; ive been watching pride and ufc for a few years and its become sort of a passion for me as well. but after watching what fedor does in the ring- how cool, calm and collective he is, the man is unbelievable. and all the crap thats brought up from fedor=fight dodger or anyone else is absurd. HAVE YOU SEEN HOW FEDOR LIVES!! i don’t see a lamborgini, or a mansion. he lives in an appartment in a small down in the woods of russia. maybe he can’t stand dana white’s cocky a** and how the ufc is a money hungry establishment. fedor is a bad mo fo. most people, that dislike someone with fedors persona and fighting skill have to do so because you don’t get him. hes not cocky and popping off at the mouth like all the rest. anyone can win or lose a fight against anyone at anytime. fedors knows this, accepts it, and is definately not affraid of it. i hate it that polotics have to play such a pivitol role in life, sports, etc. but they do. let the guys fight and see who the better man is that day. with fedors discipline and mental state, he just happens to always come out VICTORIOUS. its a tough pill to swallow for some. and anything that brings a fair sport as pitting two men against eachother to do battle, and even makes money (like the ufc), we should all be thank full for.
