Brian Foster vs Ricky Story booked for UFC 103 on Sept. 19

Brian Foster (10-3) will indeed make his Octagon debut at UFC 103: "Franklin vs. Belfort" from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, on Sept. 19, taking on Rick Story (7-3) in a welterweight showdown.
Foster was supposed to challenge former Elite XC number one welterweight contender and Cage Rage champion, Paul Daley (21-8-2); however, "Semtex" got called up to the main card to slug it out with Martin Kampmann when Mike Swick went down with a head injury while training.
Now with less than two weeks until fight night he'll have to gameplan for a new foe.
Story is a veteran of the Elite Warriors Championship (EWC) circuit up in Oregon. In fact, he has plied his trade primarily in the northwest, winning seven of nine pro fights.
He was enjoying a six-fight win streak — all of which took place in 2008 -- before stepping inside the eight-walled cage opposite John Hathaway at UFC 99: "The Comeback" back in June. Hathaway would go on to earn a unanimous decision.
Story was also on "stand by" for Karo Parisyan if there were any last-minute issues surrounding his bout against Dong Hyun "Stun Gun" Kim at UFC 94: "St. Pierre vs. Penn 2" earlier this year. Parisyan did end up fighting; however, he got popped for banned substances shortly thereafter and was slapped with a nine-month suspension.
UFC 103 will feature a main event between Rich "Ace" Franklin and Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort at a 195-pound catchweight. Also slated for the pay-per-view (PPV) main card is a heavyweight tilt between former PRIDE superstar Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic and surging heavyweight prospect Junior Dos Santos.

JZ vs Daisuke Nak @DREAM11 – Not a meaningful fight but great nonetheless. Daisuke is the funnest grappler to watch in all of MMA period. I wanna see him in a match with Aoki.
