I like the 2-1 odds on Melvin, I think Diaz will whoop him but I am still hoping for a glorious KO.

I like Melvin in this fight too. I think he was a way better shot than most give him especially after his fight with gleison and seeing how nate can’t wrestle worth a damn.

I dont think Nate will allow himself to lose 3 straight. He can just pull guard and easily sweep Melvin

the only real interesting thing I see is Huerta getting more respect than I imagined against Gray Maynard. Gray, Cantwell, Larson parlay should be very safe.

what u talkin’ bout willis?? Huerta is a +220, that’s ridiculous. I think he’s the favourite…but since he’s thinkin about actin and all, i’d make it pretty much even…but +220 is stupid.

He is as high as +350 on some sites!
I got a parlay of simply Gray and Brock so far because the lines on BetUs for those 2 fights are waaaaay better than BoDogs. BetUs got Gray at -300 and Brock at -500. BoDog has Gray at -500 and Brock at -650. Jump on the BetUs lines while they are still good!!!

vM: how the hell do you do parlays featuring fighst from different events on BetUS? I have been trying to do that for years now!

personally i dont see Huerta winning this fight 1 time if it happened in 10 parallel universes. that’s why i think there is a lot of value in Grey. I just dont see a single area that he can beat Grey. DOnt say his standf up or boxing because it was very ineffective against Kenny AND Guida.

Agreed those are all locks except maybe Cantwell but I’m confident he’ll win as well.
by frosnt on Sep 8, 2009 10:22 PM EDT up reply actions
Cantwell is lock for sure. Stann sucks, and you can see how much the robot is improving. As far as stryker – Maynard is gonna smash on Huerta hard. Huerta’s been fed tomato cans his entire career. Don’t let his gaudy record and “exciting” fights with sub par competition fool you.

Cantwell is the biggest lock on this card!
Huerta was getting tossed around by GuidA. he wont be able to overcome that kind of wretsling again!
by john G on Sep 9, 2009 12:04 AM EDT up reply actions
Huerta’s going to get Clay and Grayed in this one, that was why the UFC put on this fight in the first place. And Cantwell passed Stann by a long time ago, pointless fight in my opinion and an easy win for Cantwell.
Hopefully Nate will be back to his best and will clown that loser Melvin, the guy is an idiot and a thug. Looking forward to that fight, Diaz Bros FTW.

really? I think your the only one who though that maynard is just gonna take him down and hump him for 3 rounds to a unanimous decision but I actually hope maynard losses cause I dont want him to face BJ hes no match for Bj and it will be a waste of a tittle defense

The thing I hate about this main event is I want them both to lose =( so I’m guaranteed to be dissapointed.
