Little time to get a replacement so Hieron’s gonna be hoping for a great win and performance to guarantee a title shot next time round
Pretty much sucks to be Hieron right now but great chance for Taylor

Is this officially not a title fight any more? I like Heiron but I am having a hard time figuring out if he will be able to stop Coco from taking him down

I always liked Heiron. He comes to fight, is always respectful, answers questions candidly. Im interested in seeing him face:
-Diaz
-Mach Sakurai
-Galvao
-DUde that kicked everyone’s head off, on his way to winning the DREAM ww GP.
-sheilds

Hieron’s title shot went up in Nick Diaz’s smoke.

Isn’t the UFC interested in having Hieron back? What’s the word on that?

he seems pissed and rightfully so! Diaz really fucked up and needs someone to help him get his priorities right! Not only is he tarnishing his own career over weed, he’s biting the hands that feed him. I’ve heard through the grape vine that the UFC was very interested in resigning him… now, I doubt it!

what does it have to do with strikeforce? Nick Diaz is one of my favorite fighters, but this falls squarely on his shoulders and love for weed. If any of us refused a drug test at work, they wouldn’t accommodate us and push the test back for days, they’d fire us! You guys need to wake up! If something affects your profession and way you make money as much as weed (yes, weed) is affecting Diaz and his decisions, it’s a problem!

Kevin, I don’t agree with you all the time but I completely agree with you in this. Diaz is great exciting fighter. I actually like some of his cage antics. This will definitely push off any return Diaz may have considered in the near future. PS It looks like you guys had a blast in Philly!

Jay seems like a “real” guy. I admire his swagger. Hopefully he can knock JT out.
