When i first heard about this matchup i thought Hendo was gonna win easily.
But now im leaning towards Bisping, picking apart Hendo to a UD.

It was the American judges who gave Bisping the win, the only British judge had it for Hamill so don’t blame British judging for Bisping winning. And when will people get over that fight, it was years ago.

Um, maybe its the fact that the only loss on his proffesional MMA record is to the former UFC Light Heavyweight champ? I dunno, just a theory. Going 17-1 in MMA is something to be cocky about, and going 9-1 in what many would argue is the best pro MMA org in the world, UFC, may also have something to do with it. Regardless of if you like him or not, this is going to be a tough fight…and comments like ‘oh the only way he can win is outpointing him’ who gives a FUCK, if he can win that way, good on him. A win is a win.

Lol 9-1 against cans is nothing to be cocky about. I admit I’m a Bispin hater but only because I don’t think he is as good as everyone hypes him up to be. He’s just the UK poster boy and has been given an easy route to a title shot (granted Hendo is no easy opponent). But come on the only LHW he fought that is even worth mentioning is Rashad Evans and he lost that fight. The only MWs he’s fought are Day and Leben. I’m sorry but he’s generated a lot of hype over nothing. The only other fighter more fluffed up than Bisping would be Huerta. I will admit though if he can finish this fight I will be impressed and forced to eat a few of my own words. I was personally hoping they’d let Franklin take care of this joker but Hendo used his wrestling to bore Franklin to a loss. There are a multitude of MWs who I think could take Bisping with relative ease like Hendo, Franklin, Okami, Maia, and Marquardt. Bisping will not be able to hang with the elite of the MW division, just my humble opinion.

I’m not saying Hendo said it, I mean all these “fans”. I like Hendo more than I like Bisping, or just the same.

What I’m saying is I keep hearing people talk about Bisping running from Leben and gotta say that they’re full of shit. The same goes for the people who said Hendo was running from Paul Harris. He was cautious and used the right strategy to defend the takedown and make Paul Harris stand with him.

You guys (mostly Americans) are way too harsh on Bisping. If you think Bisping is a douchebag then Leben is definitely a douchebag as well. So is Nick Diaz, so is Clay Guida.

I like them all, I don’t think any of them are douchebags, although the closest one to a DB is definitely Leben. He’s displayed much more “douchebaggery” than Bisping.

Nah, you were right the first time. Beating up Day, Chainsaw and Leben is not the same as facing A. Silva, Franklin, and Toquinho – all of those who faced Hendo would kill everyone on bisping’s list including him. That 1-2 circle left won’t work on him – hendo throws hard with both hands unlike Leben. If he tries to do body kicks, he’s getting put on his back and lnp’d. In the clinch- i wonder why hendo’s clothing line is named clinch gear?

Bisping is gonna get tooled in this fight and rightly so – he’s an arrogant, attention-seeking bitch and he’s not representing British MMA fighters in a good light – much like Dan The Punk Hardy. Anybody realize how f*cking hilarious this quote is? Bisping is unstoppable when he’s pissed off or in a bad mood… seriously… BWHAHAHAHA! Wasn’t he furious with Hamill when he was calling him a fake TUF winner? Remember how furious he was about Hamill? What happened there? Oh yeah, Bisping got f*cking clobbered in the first round and in an absolute best case scenario, squeeked by on points. He lost that fight and he was PISSED.

Something tells me that Henderson doesn’t give a sh*t if Bisping is mad or not. Rampage came out swinging and trying to his best to knock him out in their match and Hendo put him flat on his back and won the two rounds. Now Bisping is also saying that he’ll be first to knock Hendo out, which he most certainly won’t.

I know that the people of England all have greyish, pallid skin, but that picture takes the cake.

My prediction is that Hendo wins by TKO in the 3rd, but the judges still issue a unanimous decision declaring Bisping to be a douchebag.

I wouldn’t say Bisping has no chance, it’s conceivable that he could squeak out some kind of split-decision type victory by staying busy and surviving, but he’s never beaten anyone of note in his entire career. I think he’s a skilled and resilient, ever-improving fighter, but his most impressive performance to date is his LOSS to Rashad.

Bisping is counting on Hendo having lost a step since his W over Franklin less than 6 months ago. It’s great that he has so much confidence in himself, but if you look at the 7 defining moments of his career, names like Sinosic and MacCarthy are in there. And we all know he lost to Hamill. The question is, has Bisping somehow improved substantially in the last 6 months, while Dan has begun his slide.

Based on his last couple performances, Hendo has looked good and put himself back in the mix. I don’t see him knocking Bisping out, but it seems very likely that he will beat him in the same fashion he beat Franklin: he’ll outwrestle him and the stand-up will be close.

Hendo by UD all day on this one. Bisping will put on a good show and not lose too much stock.

Marquardt/Maia is a far more important fight, vis-a-vis finding a challenger for Anderson Silva. I think Nate is the second best MW in the world. He’s a complete fighter and he’s only been getting better. Maia, on the other hand, has the best jits in mma, and if he can take out a monster like Nate, then he deserves a shot at the belt. He’s no Leites, that’s for sure. his takedown of Sonnen (a world class wrestler) and transition into triangle finish was one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. It’s a weakness he could conceivably exploit on AA.

As a person niether British nor American I think Bisping came off way better than any of the Americans. I think Hendo will win the fight. But Bisping has more about him as a person than the Americans.

Bisping will be destroyed in this fight, the only chance bisping has is to outpoint Hendo, similar to the strategy he used against Leben (also from Team Quest)

Old, slow… past his prime, whatever you wanna call Hendo, he’s still the man this will be a classic case of experience vs newby. Henderson fights cause he loves to compete and fight, Bisping is fighting to prove he’s relevant against top tier opponents… big difference.

I like both these fighters. Dan is a great fighter and has a decent personality.
Bisping is a great fighter, technically, and always gives 150% but has a personality that p!sses people off.

Being a brit I hope Bisping wins, preferably by a shock KO. But in reality I couldn’t care less how the victory comes as long as he gets it.

All these guys crying about the leben, hamill fight are just doing it because they don’t like bisping, if he was american and a decent guy they’d all be alot more acceptable towards him.
