Seeing Bellator Live was amazing! Lyman Good, Uriah Hall , Nick Pace and Jake Ellenberger were all very impressive in their respective bouts.

I agree, I got to see the inverse triangle in Dayton Ohio. Bellator is one of the best organizations for fights right now.

another sick highlight to add to the belletor collection. Did Alvarez fight this weekend?
THat had to be one of the most high flying flying knees to have ever landed Fluch. His opponent was basically standing straight up, and the knee still landed on his chin!
Very impressive!
SEason 2 of bellator better be on TV!

don’t get crazy boys. I’m impressed with some of the stuff we’re seeing from Bellator too, but don’t forget why these guys aren’t on the bigger shows. Bellator has shows all the time that aren’t marketed and they probly pay the fighters a couple hundred bucks to fight. It’s the minor leagues and I have no problem with that. Best case scenario to me is that Bellator becomes like a ESPN Friday Night Fights of MMA. Up and coming talent in small venues on a weekly basis. Yes we can tout what they are doing as an organization and say they are having great fights(especially when Mania posts sick highlights all the time) but keep some perspective.

They did pay their welterweight champ $100K…

fair enough zulu, i was unaware of that. I was just trying to slow down the hype wagon before ppl start saying Bellator is better than UFC or stuff like that(cuz you know it’s coming). Let’s call a spade a spade. There’s a reason they are having cards like every 2 weeks and there’s no build up or marketing to them. These guys are up and comers for the most part. Eddie Alvarez was gonna be a big name for them, but most of them are nobodies.

Definitely not on the level as UFC, but some great fights nonetheless. I’m going this Friday and cant wait.

I don’t think anyone is going to compare Bellator to Ufc, at least not yet. Most of their fighters are just coming out and only have a very small number of fights on hand. The only person on the bellator roster that could give the UFC some trouble is Lyman Good who’s 10-0 right not and just got crowned the welterweight title. A few more fights and the UFC might be knocking on this kids door anyway.
