UFC 99: "The Comeback," which takes place at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany, is literally just hours away.

Certain uninformed local officials aren't to pleased about the promotion's first-ever trip to "The Fatherland," raising a stink about its perceived brutality and rulelessness.
