I have never seen him not pick the black guy before. Maybe he thinks Machida is half black?

JZ would kick Florians ass!
what? JZ is only 25 years old? WOW!!!!\
Believe it or not guys, this is the 1st complete episode of “mma live” that I have ever watched! not a bad show. I dont really like wathcing long video’s on the computer. If this show were on ESPN tv, i would probably watch it religiously.
I actually like that Black dude Franklin, he seems to know a thing or two about the sport. I normally hate listening to Kenny talk, but he didnt bother me in this episode.
I love hearing the entire world picking Serra over Hughes!
WAR CANOLI DWARF!

I pick Machida by Decision or Evans by TKO/KO – Really have no clue which way this is going.
Serra defeats Hughes by TKO.

See JJ!What Florian said it’s almost what i told you the other day about Lyoto!
LOL!Molly, choose Suga for the W…we know that she, would love the 12"….of Rashad!!

what did you tell him the other day?..
I’m going for Rashad aswell, his quickness and power is too much to handle for Lyoto!
by RoB on May 21, 2009 9:12 PM EDT up reply actions
Basically that Lyoto always got is chin up and when he throw’s jabs or punches,he’s making a huge step foward!I think that Suga, will be,able to shrug off the punch, while stepping forwards and clip Machida’s chin!!
And he doe’s keep his chin up when he’s getting hit and backpedals without any defence!

Good call Alpha, it shows you’re paying attention… but unfortunately, you and Kenny are both wrong. Machida wants his opponent to take a swing at his chin so he can countersrike. Rashad is in deep pee-pee.

ok yeah i know, i’ve noticed that too and wrote it a week or so ago, horrible boxing and even though this is MMA that’s not very smart.. He also comes in with his left hand first to counter always!

No JJ it’s the striking techniques that i’m learning that make me realized it!

Nice. Check this out Alpha…
I was showing this kid some side kick techniques at the gym last night, and I slipped on the mat and he nailed me right in the mouth. Split my lip wide open! I’m grotesque right now!
First injury I’ve had training in nine months. I’m thinking this is karma’s way of paying me back for insinuating that john’s eye injury last month was the result of Fedor’s cock.

LOL!Kind of same thing happen to me yesterday…
I got promote to go on the advance side of the gym and sparred with them at 40% with 12 oz glove. My trainer told me that was the best way to lern…anyway i was starting to get pissed b/c i had to concentrate on my footing and to keep my elbows in and as soon that i was doing any movement i was peppered of jabs and hooks. You know i’m,so green it was, only my 3th class!so at,one point i was in the ropes an i realise that we were kick boxing and not just boxing…So i throw a front kick to create a separation…Man the dude,i guess didn’t,like it at all the next thing i knew i had him hitting me with a head kicks but it just clip me on the nose creating an immediate nose bleeding…
LOL!It’s OK though i have is number,in 2 or 3 years i,will get him back his change!!

Yeah, you’ll like it better when you’re giving as good as you’re getting.
Wait till you get the 16 0uncers on with full headgear and shin pads at 100% speed and full power. That’s some fun shit.

I need some more good sparring partners.

keep your head up boys! I have only been training since October. I was training mma really hard, and at the same time I was involved in like 3 basketball leagues. OVERKILL!!! Too much activity. i burned myself out. I was playing b-ball, at 2 levels below were my game is, because I would be exausted from mma training. my legs would be shot from leg kicks….on the flip side, my mma performance was also declining.
I decided to take a week off from mma, about a month ago…I let my body recover. When I went back to the gym fresh, thats when I STARTED to see all my hard work paid off. Being fresh in the gym, I was able to start seeing vast improvement from when I started training. I guess I had improved all a long, but my body was too drained for me to perform to the best of my abilities.
Now I have been on the shelf for about a month because of the broken bones in my face, that most of you got to see on my facebook pics….I have been going against doctors orders and have been playing b-ball….now that I am on an mma sabatical, my body is more fresh to playing b-ball, and I am playing the best ball of my life. All the hard work in the mma gym has paid of in basketball Physically. I smoke a lot, and my cardio is now phenominal.
Moral of the story…Listen to your bodies! Dont over do it, because your performance will suffer! Nothing good can come from over training! just my 2 cents!
