When are they going to start testing the owners of the UFC for banned substances?

Dana looks like hes been doing some bicep curls, maybe if he taught his buddy chuck to do some, he wouldnt have to keep picking his sleepy ass off the canvas.

It looks like you’ve discovered the magic elixir that will make Liddell competitive again: bicep curls!

Move over Hackleman, there’s a new sherrif in town!

LOL!! I’d take Dana over Attencio rd 1 via KO.

Picked up the Undisputed game today and am ADDICTED!

what a GREAT game! so much you have control of!

I spent the last 8 hours (i know) taking out the likes of WANDY, Tito, Lyoto, Chuck, and Rampage to get a title shot at Rashad JUST so i could be UTTERLY DOMINATED within the opening round (have an immediate rematch waiting for me tomarrow)!

Can’t wait to Bash heads with some fellow MMAmaniacs online (once i figure out how to set up).

It’s definatley tight; the only thing pissing me off is trying to get into a muy thai (probably spelled wrong, apologies) clinch and keeping them their for the knees. I started carreer mode with a muy thai/BJJ guy, got destroyed, so started over with a boxing/wrestling guy and he dominates.

by O damn he got caught on May 20, 2009 8:08 AM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

im a Muy Tai/wrestler and i have NO problem getting in and kneeing in the clinch.

19-5 right now but STILL have yet to get a submisssion!

I haven’t finished via submission either. I’ve locked up guillitine’s, arm bars, kimuras, and knee bars, but no taps. Anyone online w/ PS3?? I’ve seen a lot of XBL gamertags but no PS3.

Seriously- you probably should be the El Canklecutioner- at least for all of the Gina posts anyway. That would be funny as hell.

Jesus, Dana is getting huge, I agree; he must be juicing.

by Landowner on May 19, 2009 7:15 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

Or maybe he works out. Try it sometime, you can get pretty jacked without drugs.

by Jeremyjackson on May 19, 2009 7:22 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

I think everybody works out.. He could very well be juicing, who knows

by RoB on May 19, 2009 7:26 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Why defend him? He’s a smart guy he has a lot of money. If he can spend an hour a day in the gym and get as big as someone that spends 5 hours a day he’ll do it.
Anyway, anyone bigger than me has to be juicing.

by Landowner on May 19, 2009 7:38 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

The guy who spends one hour a day in the gym will be bigger than the guy who spends five, because the guy who spends five is ridiculously overtrained.

by Jeremyjackson on May 19, 2009 7:46 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Geez, Jeremy you are taking this way too seriously. I workout 5-6 times a week from anywhere of 45 mins to 1 1/2 hrs. There is no way you can transform from “Fat Boy” as Dana likes to call himself in the video blogs in a month or two, unless you got something to speed up the growth process.

by open24hrz on May 19, 2009 8:09 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Dana has been big for a long time. He doesn’t need anything to “speed up the growth process”, he needed to cut some fat, which he may have done, it’s hard to tell from one picture. I’m a personal trainer and a strength coach, I like to think I know a little bit about strength training.

Dana does not look ‘roided to me, and I think it’s dumb speculation to assume that he is. He’s not exactly an Overeem lookalike. I don’t know what about my previous posts makes you think I’m “taking this seriously”, but sure.

by Jeremyjackson on May 19, 2009 8:20 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

open24Hr!
If Dana wasn’t training properly before or wasn’t training at all and, that he’s using help now of nutritionist and personal trainers,(we know he’s have access to a lots of them)…Then in 2 month you,can start having some progress on you body and see some differences!BTW he’s not that big!
JJ is right if you spends more, than 2h/day lifting weights then you are ridiculously overtrained.

by Alpha Male 360 on May 19, 2009 8:27 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

All of this juicing crap is ridiculous. Maybe you haven’t seen his biceps from that angle. He’s been working out forever, he’s been that size for a while. Are we all that familiar with the man’s body that he can lift his arms and all hell breaks loose? C’mon.

by DSmith on May 19, 2009 8:27 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

He’s very thick i remember the blog where Channing Tatum and Cung Le was backstage with Dana and Channing just looks at him and says “Wow man you’re huge! maybe i should have trained wity you”..
I also remember Dana looking alot different for that photo shoot for that magazine (don’t remember which magazine it was) and Tito calling him out on it..
All this is just speculation but he could very well have taken a needle in his ass..

by RoB on May 19, 2009 9:12 PM EDT up reply actions   0 recs

Getting really big and thick is easy, if you know how to train and eat, even without good genetics.

What’s more difficult is being really big AND really lean, because building muscle and losing fat require contradictory diets… a calorie surlpus for building muscle, and a calorie deficit for losing fat.

The best way to achieve that big, lean look is to worry about getting big first. You will inevitably gain some fat during this mass-building. Once you’ve achieved some serious size (six months of heavy lifting and a high calorie, high protein diet), you begin to cut (lower-carb diet and more cardio), but you do it VERY gradually, because if you starve yourself too much (like a fighter cutting weight) you will lose more hard-earned muscle than fat and you’ll be back where you started.

Dana looks like he got big naturally, and now he might be trying to cut some fat to get a more chiselled look. I have plenty of clients doing the same thing right now in preparation for summer.

Dana would have to be retarded to take steroids or any of that crap, he has nothing to gain from being muscled and if he ever got caught out or grassed up it would tarnish the rep of ufc and mma. I think hes got the big arms from gripping the xbox controler tight, thats how i work out
