Nothing better than seeing that … kick the shit out of each other and then share a brew or two … the original fight club :)

Priceless pic here. And I like the Fight Club reference. This is a classic pic.

By the picture I would say that it looks as if Condit won the fight, but i have no problem with the decision as this fight could have gone either way. Personally i scored the fight 29-28 in favor of Condit.

disagree… the only round that was for sure was the third in kampmann’s favor, the other two could have gone either way, kampmann won that fight

disagree .. Condit for sure got the first and 2nd .. The first was close but he pulled it out , his choke at the end was much tigther then Martinns .. Round 2 was COndit and round 3 was Martinn ..
I went too this event ( great event btw , great crowd ) .. and the crowd agreed with the majority here that say Carlos won it ..
But too each his own , close fights are all in the eye of the beholder. So I respect your opinion.

I had the first two rounds for Condit…Round one was really close, so I guess I cant complain. I dont think anyone can question if Condit belongs in the big Leagues….Dude put on a great performance in his Octagon debut against an AMAZING FIGHTER!

I thought he won the first round, due to damage inflicted. Remember how Condit cut Kampmann with that knee? The most of the round was super close though, so in those cases I look to visual damage dealt. Condit won that fight. I lost $35 on that decision too…

I was at the fights too and the crowd was overwhelmingly pro Condit and thus when he lost a razor close decision they were upset. Could have seen that fight go 29-28 either way and I wouldn’t have been upset. Oh and if you watch the replay it wasn’t the knee that cut Kampmann, it was a punch when he was on his back before he got up, not that it makes much of a difference.

The fact Kampmann was the aggressor was most likely the difference and gave him one of the first two rounds. We all know he won the 3rd.

they both came out winners in my opinion. condit now knows hes in the big leagues and his game is gonna step up dramatically. Not saying its not good now, but well you get it. Kampmann showed silva and a lot of casual fans that hes damn good. Expect to see him on a co main event ppv real soon.

Kampmann took a nice shiner home from that fight

Regardless of who won and how, this is good for sports in general. Combat sports take a beating (lol) from everyone, and it’s nice to show that there aren’t hate filled rageaholics at every turn.
