U wanna know wheret he MIr hate comes from? He isnt even a top 10 HW, yet he is wearing the HW title….Im not saying that he doesnt have skill to be a top 10 fighter….but you have to EARN your top 10 status and I am a STRONG believer in EARNING title shots….Its hard to take him serious as a champ, when all he had to do to get a title shot was beat Hardonk n Brock (in his 1st fight with assistance from the Ref)….A win over Hardonk n Brock doesnt erase all the weak losses he has against Vera and Cruz….He got tKO’ed by Cruz!!! hahaha, do any of you realize how Pathetic that is? hahahaha

OMG guys!!!! head over to bloody elbow for half a second and check out the BEST KO of all time (scroll down towards bottom of the page)! Dude catches this guy with one of those Capoeira spinning wheel kicks (heel strike), when the fighter puts his hands on the ground while spinning and kicking high to the face. Dude got caught with that move flat across the chin and just CRUMBLED!!!

Its a must see KO!

I am pulling for Rosholt.Crippler is here in Hawaii acting like a douche and fighting all over town he got into a fight that ive seen downtown and is a complete idiot.

we where at this club downtown at about 1:30 and Leben and couple scrubs that train with him down at ICON come in and this one guy trys to punk a guy with his chick so leben comes and starts running his mouth then decks the guy to the floor then leaves.It was sort of funny but at the same time embarasing for him.

Also to the ppost down below from John,Barncat vs. Howard i will have to pull for Barncat man he carcked me up in his post fight interview ahahahah also who is Hendricks?
