I’m expecting Condit via sub or Kampmann via TKO. Either way, very excited for the main event tonight!

i honestly do not understand these type of odds, can you educate me?i go by fractions as in kampmann case over here he is 4/5,so if i put 100 on him,i would have a return of 180.here he is at -115,what are the returns on 100 at these odds?

A minus sign means the fighter is favored
A plus sign means he’s the underdog
If you bet on the favored fighter (minus sign) you have to bet the value indicated to win $100.
For example Cole Miller is favored vs. Junie Browning. Cole is -140. If you bet $140 on Cole and he wins then you win $100
If you bet on the underdog you win the value indicated when you bet $100.
For example Junie is +110 vs Cole. If you bet $100 on Junie you would win $110 if he wins.
Junie is the best bet on this card but I’d save my money for UFC 97:
MAURICIO RUA vs CHUCK LIDDELL +165 -205
BRIAN STANN KRZYSZTOF SOSZYNSKI +130 -160
ANTONI HARDONK CHEICK KONGO +240 -300
I like Liddel, Stann and Kongo
Stann lost his last fight but previous 6 are all first round KO’s.

Nahhh, trying to focus on robbing convenience stores.

Brian Stann? Seriously? that guy doesn’t belong in the ufc. Also no one see this but Hardonk is gonna beat up kongo, he’s slightly better everywhere except wrestling and slightly bigger. I would also contend better chin after the yvel-kongo fight.

Does anyone actually think Griffin is gonna finish the fight?
I think not.

So far I only got money on Griffin and Tibau. I actually placed my bet on Griffin 3 weeks ago and got him at only -350. Tibau I got at -160 yesterday and is now at -170 on Bodog.
There has been ALOT of talk about Junie winning the fight against Cole. When the odds first came out, they were even and I liked Cole at -115 but didn’t bet anything. One part of this fight no one is talking about is reach. Cole should have a pretty sizeable reach advantage on Junie.
I just can’t pick a winner in the main event. So I’ll just root for The Natural Born Killer since I’ve been dying to see him fight in the UFC (even though I like Kampmann as well).

I betting money on tibau, cole and parlay griffin/larson/Bader

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention Aaron Simpson. I got a few on him too.
The “Wrestler” parlay. Pretty solid bet since it would be a rather big upset for any of them to lose (Melo winning is the least of the upsets)

Exactly…THe wrestler Parlay! featuring all fighters I want to bet on but the ludacris odds chased me away from betting them straight!
I dont see any of them being upset….Not even Bader. Melo is from Philly, so u know I would give him LOVE if he were any good….but the dude is Garbage…or likethey say in France: Garbaaaag’ lol

Can anyone answer my FOCKING question? is it true that Tibau and Stevens agreed on a catch weight of 158 lbs? Jesse, Mania, anyone please know the definite answer to this question!
by john on Apr 1, 2009 5:04 PM EDT up reply actions
YES, catchweight 158lbs
Tibau was only .5 off, but Stephans a couple…so they just agreed to 158

Anyone here think there is any value in Dos anjos? His performance at adcc trials last month have me kinda wanting to throw some scratch his way.
