This was much more watchable than his “Whine Like a Bitch” complaint to the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

So I wonder if there is going to be an instructional video dedicated for different excuses you can use when you lose(sorry I had to do it)

BJ Pen Live like a champion = ROFLMAO…OMG i can hardly breath. he is a freaking loser!! How can you be the best ever, calling yourself the prodigy and than handle yourself the way he did? Please dont call him the best, man he is a PUNK!!
by rick on Apr 2, 2009 5:10 AM EDT reply actions
This “punk” is one of 3 people to ever win a belt in more than one weight class. Someting GSP and anderson will both never accomplish, and for god’s sake he is STILL a champion is his own weight class. Does that not demand some respect?
The guy went and attempted to make history by beating GSP and holding both belts at the same time, he is the guy in the front, leading with the machete with doubters and haters, but he tried and paved the way for others to try and accomplish what he couldn’t.

I liked his insight on shirking responsibility and leveraging public opinion with fan videos to pressure state athletic commissions to overturn losses by clear domination by superior fighters, as well as how to let your mommy be your mouthpiece.
BJ is the man…

Instead of living like a champion maybe he should train like a champion, then he won’t get embaressed.

It would be fun o go o Hawaii….I would be surfing more than training that’s for sure

step 1: run to the burrito shop 1/2 mile down the road
step 2: run 1/4 mile to the beach, lay there all day
step 3: do a few sprints and hit the pads for a few seconds and repeat footage to make it look like you train all day
step 4: sit in the cage and listen to bj’s jokes, must laugh at all of them, even if not funny

live like a CRYBABY!!! can’t wait to see him get beat again!!so unproffesional!!
by NEON on Apr 2, 2009 10:07 AM EDT reply actions
Shouldn’t it be “How to quit TO a champion?” I am just curious.
by Tim on Apr 2, 2009 10:34 AM EDT reply actions
He’s just trying to give some people a chance to get into the fight game. I admit BJ’s been pissing me off the last few months, but this still good still pretty cool.
by Parks on Apr 2, 2009 11:39 AM EDT reply actions
Parks, are you that naive?
This is a pure PR stunt to try to rebuild BJ’s image. This isn’t about giving a chance to new fighters, it’s about making BJ look good.
Did you see the original poster of the contest? It’s BJ saying “he’ll think I’m god”.

he just had to start out from the water didn’t he? Fucking island boy and his beaches. Live like a champion? Train like a champion? Nutrition? Wow Penn may be the lw champion, but how does he live like a champion? Turn down fights, he trains by snorkling like a little island monkey all day, and nutrition…….. Whatever buddy; at least it was better to hear than “I want my fair shot come on mom back me up here”
