watched a Royce Gracie unleashed the other night, I forgot what a dirty fighter he was! Hair pulling and holding submissions way to long. I realize the hair pulling was “legal” but when a guy taps and you hold the submission for 10+ seconds (over and over) it’s just dirty!
Bobby Lashly put on a pathetic performance tonight. He and the UFC shouldn’t be said in the same sentence! Referee actually moved them away from the ropes when he was setting up an arm bar. I actually think Shamrock would have beaten him easily! here’s a link, boxing right now, Monson still to come!

I agree Lashley looked horrible. I thought this was going to be a complete mauling. Lashley has some serious work to do to get to the top tier fighters. He is really athletic but his cardio and game plan looked weak. Still a good personality and enormous human being. Lesnar would kill him!

Takes over Spike? I believe they take over Spike at least 3 times a week with the same ole’ fights that we’ve all seen a 1000 times.

It’s called promotion to try to get more new viewers to tune in. It will be the same ’ole fights we have seen 3-4 times. Better than watching some other things though. Probably a tough call to NCAA basketball.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who notices Royce Gracie doesn’t release the submission immediately after his opponent taps. After the tap, a good 5 seconds at least before he lets go. What an ass! I’m glad Matt Hughes put him in his place.
