-- After stopping the very tough Gabe Lemley at "March Badness" tonight, former UFC welterweight/lightweight and current featherweight Din Thomas offers Rihanna some muscle. The Grammy Award-winning singer was reportedly the victim of a high profile domestic violence incident courtesy of her singer boyfriend, Chris Brown. Doesn't seem like a fair fight, which makes it all the better, considering the circumstances.

From what I hear Chris Brown has a Blackbelt and TKD, So you may need to use both hands. I dont doubt Din could beat him though. I bet he could even take a few body guards out rather quick and decisively unless Chris has professional fighters as body guards. I have never hit a women but I have always said if I was put in a situation where a women was attacking me and I had to defend my self she would get 3 freebies… 3 strikes and she out…choked out or tapped out… I dont think I could punch a chick out wouldnt have the heart to hit a lady… if at all she would have to be butch and look like a man. I am willing to bet that she hit him first, not that I am saying she deserves what she got but you never know with the youth coming up these days.

That was a NICE knee to the head, I think Din Thomas looks great at 145, he should definatley try the WEC and give that division some depth. I’m actually REALLY enjoying this show, even the boxing match’s are good fights; I thought Flores should have won that fight by rd 5, but shit happens. I love the fact that they are taking some time to explain mma rules to the boxing fans, and dumbing the fight down a little bit to get some of the uneducated some knowledge, this imo is an awesome event. yeah, seth P. was announcing and didn’t seem to think Monson won, I thought he did even though Roy definitely won the 1st rnd. Bob Lashley looked tough, but as I thought, Guida gave him a tough time. Lashley’s cardio was much better than I thought it would be… his standup is pretty raw but with his takedown power he is going to prove to be tough to beat.

I thought Roy Jones Jr looked pretty quick for a boxer of any age. I didn’t like the fans booing the MMA ground game, even though Monson n Nelson was kinda’ boring… but I mainly attribute that to the unknowledable fans in attendance. With a better Boxing/MMA card, I would definitely watch a few more Mixed cards in the future.
