McArthur -
Picked up some NO-Xplode on tuesday, used it, LOVE IT!!!. thanks for the advice, that stuff kinda makes me feel invincible.

Would love to see Lawal in the UFC. Andrew, what does NO-Xplode do for you?
by RyGuy on Mar 19, 2009 12:05 PM EDT up reply actions
RyGuy-
Its a pre-training supplement. I took it a half hour before my workout and i ran further and faster than i usually did and got far less tired while doing it. I also was able to increase the amount of weight i lifted and the number of sets. i wanted to stay in the gym all day! im getting ready for a fight at the end of may and asked McAthur for pointers and thats what he recommended.

Sounds like some good stuff. I know some dudes that just lift alot of weights that use NO-Xplode and their huge. I hear that you dont eat as much when you use that stuff though. true? Hey Andrew good luck with your fight man, I make my pro debut early april. What weight are you fighting at?

My BJJ instuctor and I are moving into a boxing gym run by Buddy McGirt. I plan on competing in a BJJ contest within the next 6 months or so, and eventualy my trainer would like to put me in an mma match. Problem is that I am a powerlifter, and have been for years. I am only 5’8", but have to cut weight to make 198 when I compete at my lifting meets. I am gonna be giving up a lot of height in any weight class that I can actually imagine making. haha

Good luck! I was supposed to compete at a NAGA event in December, but it was too close to one of my lift meets.

I like Mo. He made me laugh on last weeks InsideMMA. With Bas and Kenny going on about his cape….
“It’s not a cape….it’s a robe” lol
He has great potential. He surprised me in the Travis Wiuff fight and shows he has the confidence for the big stage which is good for someone with only 3 fights under his belt.

I just bet a couple of parlays with King Mo and left them all open to fill in with future fights.

Can I get my 10:12 back please. Wow, the guy watches Martin, Karate movies, and likes to touch guys nuts. He also has a very Baroni-esque entrance, possible even worse.
This guy wouldn’t stand a chance against anyone in the UFC.
Stay in Japan dude.

I like him. But i agree with you, he would get destroyed in the ufc.
by belfort_fan on Mar 19, 2009 1:40 PM EDT up reply actions
Gotta disagree fellas. This guys is as big a prospect as a Cain Valesquez or a Jon Jones. He won’t beat any upper tier guys but he can handle most of undercard guys. Also the first video is way way better than this one.

I would take Velasquez or Jones over this guy anyday. I would put my 401k, well whats left of it, on either one of those two over this guy. He is no where near as talented as those two.

someone on the sherdog forum said Fedor was going to be match up with Vitor… is there any truth to that or is it just more sherdog BS… anyone have any info on that?
by Ted on Mar 19, 2009 12:25 PM EDT reply actions
I dont know, but my guess would be that there in absolutly no truth behind that. Vitor has moved to middleweight and has been successfull since. I saw an interview with Gegard Mousasi about a month ago and he was saying that he is moving up to either 205 or heavyweight bacause his body is growing. He said he would love to fight Fedor.
