If Mayhem is on TV – the Mayhem Monkey’s will be watching!!!
I laughed so hard when I first heard the idea of this show, I didn’t even think it would get as far as shooting the pilot episode. This is great!

I think it’s actually kind of cool. A little cheesey, but it’s really creative. And adding money to the equation makes everything more interesting.
by DB on Mar 11, 2009 5:02 PM EDT up reply actions
hopefully we didn’t just watch the best parts
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 6:02 PM EDT up reply actions
Mayhem is the only thing that’s gonna keep me from watching this show. funny concept but can’t stand his ass.

Whoever came up with this is an f’n genius!!

Mark Burnett seems to know what he’s doing.

did you guys hear what Chase Beebe is cbaming his loss at DReam on?
This idiot had the audacity to say that he didnt know that the 1st round was a 10 minute round, and he didnt train for that. That has to be one of the poorest excuses for a loss in the history of mma.
By now, who doesnt know that the 1st round in Japan is 10 minutes instead of 5?
by DAVE on Mar 11, 2009 10:51 AM EDT up reply actions
Yo Dave.. yeah that is a totally lame excuse. Bunz!
by PhilQNY on Mar 11, 2009 11:20 AM EDT up reply actions
haha…that would be like a basketball/football/hockey team refusing to go into over time cause they didn’t pratice for that
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 1:07 PM EDT up reply actions
Thats a hilarious idea , Figures Miller is involved lmao.
by Dayzah on Mar 11, 2009 10:45 AM EDT up reply actions
I was a skeptic initially, but it looks pretty funny.
Nothing like watching some douchebag, wannabe weight lifter with a God complex, being humiliated.
Karma’s a bitch.

When will your episode be airing?

I’ve got to admit, for something that sounds so stupid, I’m pretty excited about watching this. I would love to see some bullies get their ass kicked. I really don’t see any bullies being able to win. I wonder how long the show will last.
by Chief on Mar 11, 2009 10:32 AM EDT reply actions
What do the bullies do once the tv crews leave.. They beat the kids up again. hahahaha….
by Lance on Mar 11, 2009 10:37 AM EDT reply actions
Yeah, and worse than before!
And also… lot of others kids see them as douches for reaching out to MTV and will probably beat their a$$es too!
Good luck…
So why not just teach them mma (the bascis to be able to defend themselves) This is so retarded! Crackhead-TV!
by Choke_Him on Mar 11, 2009 10:44 AM EDT up reply actions
It is fake du. The bullies are just gym rats trying to be actors and fighters. The victims are actors it is obvious.
by hatteras on Mar 11, 2009 1:07 PM EDT up reply actions
Yep, one word “MTV” or is that three words, or one abbrev…I don’t know but, it’s MTV, so yes it is scripted all the way.
by Jrandolph on Mar 11, 2009 1:33 PM EDT up reply actions
They should teach these kids MMA and then have them fight the bullies.
by GoColts on Mar 11, 2009 2:12 PM EDT up reply actions
Just because it’s not a long-term solution, it doesn’t make it any less entertaining to see them get beaten and humiliated. :)
…though I have to wonder about the “bullies” that would go on a show like that, they’d have to be dumb as a brick to think this would work out well for them. Though I suppose if they can find people to go on Japanese game shows, they can find people to sign up for this. All about getting on TV, no matter the context.
by MattNY on Mar 11, 2009 10:44 AM EDT up reply actions
these kids probly think they are legit badasses and will put up a fight. throw in that they can win 10k and there’s no question some guys will go for it.
by Crowls on Mar 11, 2009 12:00 PM EDT up reply actions
no doubt crowls…I’m not or have been a bully but I would consider becoming one for 10K
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 1:08 PM EDT up reply actions
I think if that happens then Tim Sylvia will call them out for his next fight.
by naturalshadow on Mar 11, 2009 10:46 AM EDT up reply actions
and they call up mayhem again! there’s always room for a second season! Plus the victims are 10K cheaper!
by liukangstoupee on Mar 11, 2009 11:06 AM EDT up reply actions
This show looks awesome can’t wait to see the stereotype’s(Can’t be racist because this will start whole new topic) get there ass beat down.
by Milk on Mar 11, 2009 10:46 AM EDT reply actions
Another gay ass scripted “reality show” from MTV. What does that stand for again?
by El Mexicutioner, formerly The Mexicutioner on Mar 11, 2009 10:47 AM EDT reply actions
Couldn’t agree with you more El. It’s going to be pretty lame seeing the bullies spew out the lines MTV made them rehearse for a week.
by open24hrz on Mar 11, 2009 11:32 AM EDT up reply actions
Well Mexi, when you and I use to watch MTV, it stood for Music Television. Now scripted reality rules the air waves.
I want my MTV….back.
by Jeff on Mar 11, 2009 11:44 AM EDT up reply actions
VH1 Classic has some good stuff every now and then, but really, there are no good music tv channels. I like SIRIUS the best
by El Mexicutioner, formerly The Mexicutioner on Mar 11, 2009 11:52 AM EDT up reply actions
ya! do they even play music videos anymore?
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 11:53 AM EDT up reply actions
That black dude who got in Mayhem’s face had no idea who he was messing with. I’m pretty sure he is going to get his a$$ kicked.
by ScissorSweep on Mar 11, 2009 11:00 AM EDT reply actions
that dude tried to punk miller! wonder what happend after that
by Adam on Mar 11, 2009 11:01 AM EDT reply actions
I was thinking the same thing. I hope Mayhem is the one who gets to drop his ass.
by lokie on Mar 11, 2009 11:43 AM EDT up reply actions
Nothing, because MTV is so PC that they never portray any minorities in a bad light. They gave T.I. his own show, and he is going to prison.
by El Mexicutioner, formerly The Mexicutioner on Mar 11, 2009 11:54 AM EDT up reply actions
Plus the guy would probably sue
by El Mexicutioner, formerly The Mexicutioner on Mar 11, 2009 12:06 PM EDT up reply actions
haha..if he sues then there’s another reality show right there!
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 12:59 PM EDT up reply actions
this show looks great haha, i like the guy in the clip who starts getting all tough with mayhem, they should let that guy step into the cage with him.
by matt on Mar 11, 2009 11:01 AM EDT reply actions
“insecure agro deuchebags.” hahaha definitely watching this.
by ActionJackson on Mar 11, 2009 11:01 AM EDT reply actions
I think this will be a great show. Give them a little of their own punishment! I have a few guys I would like to see get pummeled!
by bowserm on Mar 11, 2009 11:03 AM EDT reply actions
Miller makes a good host I hope he has success with the show.
by Brock on Mar 11, 2009 11:05 AM EDT reply actions
I’m not one for reality TV and, yes, maybe these punks go back to bullying, but it would be nice to see a couple of these douchbags shitkicked!
by SilasM on Mar 11, 2009 11:19 AM EDT reply actions
Only thing that can make this show better, have a roid raged ken shamrock do all the fighting, that way either we see ken get KTFOed or see some scrub bull get heel hooked and his knee shattered to pieces!
by liukangstoupee on Mar 11, 2009 11:22 AM EDT reply actions
Ha, Jason Miller’s a clown — Burnett probably could have chosen a better host, but this actually looks pretty entertaining (given that most of it isn’t scripted).
by fs2117 on Mar 11, 2009 11:24 AM EDT reply actions
are you serious? Just from the preview alone I can tell you there is no possible way too have a better host then Mayhem , hes what made it so appealing.
by Dayzah on Mar 11, 2009 11:34 AM EDT up reply actions
So appealing? Are YOU serious?
by El Mexicutioner, formerly The Mexicutioner on Mar 11, 2009 12:23 PM EDT up reply actions
Very serious , who would you pick? Bill Goldberg? Mayhem can fight and be funny which is a perfect combo for this show..
by Dayzah on Mar 11, 2009 2:39 PM EDT up reply actions
Mayhem is a great pic for this type of tv show role.

I was a very skinny and weak kid and was terrorized by a big fat guy named Ricky for about three years. One day I hit him in the forehead with half a brick and he never bothered me or my buddies again. That’s why this show is PURE GENIUS!!!!
by dana blanco on Mar 11, 2009 11:25 AM EDT reply actions
LOL Damn bro you sound like you grew up in my home town. I grew up in a small town ( actually two little towns, dont know why there are two different ) with about 2o-30 thousand people. Both sides hate eachother, and people just dont put up with shit. You mess with a little guy and he will hit with whatever is handy at the moment.
by lokie on Mar 11, 2009 11:48 AM EDT up reply actions
haha…I too was a black belt in the art of the “foreign object”…my weapon of choice was my dad’s ski poles…
Anyone ever see the show Fight Quest…just saw it for the first time and was actually quite entertained
by McArthur on Mar 11, 2009 11:51 AM EDT up reply actions
Ski poles, damn! good choice you could stab em or whack em LOL. Im a baseball guy, and I never had to use it (came close a time or two) but my weapon of choice was a 33inch Louiville slugger.
by lokie on Mar 11, 2009 12:17 PM EDT up reply actions
Maybe they can get Chris Brown in there against Gina or Cyborg.
by SuperDave on Mar 11, 2009 11:27 AM EDT reply actions
I wish that black guy and mayhem got too take it too the cage but im pretty sure that wont happen.
by Dayzah on Mar 11, 2009 11:30 AM EDT reply actions
This just in from MTV —
Matt Hughes has contacted Mayhem for help with GSP , stay tuned for more updates.

Not real. This show is gonna be funny but these bullies are acting so are the victims you can tell. Still will be funny to see scrubs get beat down by ufc guys.
by hatteras on Mar 11, 2009 1:04 PM EDT reply actions
I agree. I doubt it will be UFC guys tho. Im sure it will be no name up and comers. Looking forward to it tho. :)
by enzo-enormous on Mar 11, 2009 1:35 PM EDT up reply actions
the sad thing is that there’s a lot of bullies that are now training in the mcdojos that are popping up all over the place. They used to be too cool for karate class, but now that the school glued an “mma” sign on top of the ‘karate’ sign, they start “training”.
by Matt C. on Mar 11, 2009 2:16 PM EDT reply actions
Friggin’ awesome. The only that would be better is if the beatdowns were administered by Dustin Hazelett, Luke Cummo, Tamden McCrory, Kenny Florian and Joe Lauzon. Put those guys in street clothes and no self-professed badass would turn down the fight.

Surely it can’t be worse than “The Iron Ring.”
