... for battery on a security guard at Krave night club, according to TMZ.com:
"Koppenhaver ... was picked up by Las Vegas PD for misdemeanor battery Saturday morning after allegedly getting into a tussle at Krave Nightclub -- a place described by one of their reps as 'gay ... but very straight-friendly.' ... Krave was escorting War Machine out of the club after a little brouhaha -- when he allegedly turned on security and starting punching them."

hahaha I actually read a myspace bulletin of his where he said that going to gay night clubs with your girl is better because guys don’t hit on your girl and if she dances with them, it doesn’t matter. Doesn’t sound like he was with his girlfriend here though. Could have been an excuse just in case he was caught hanging out there.
