Why the hell would Dana want to go to this event? And why are they trying to bait him into coming? Makes no sense!!!!
by ---Caesar--- on Jan 22, 2009 10:02 PM EST up reply actions
They are just trying to sound tough, calling him out. I would love it if he showed up though.
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 10:08 PM EST up reply actions
I would love it if he showed up and Atencio told him to leave, because Dana wouldn’t say a fucking word if it was just the two of them standing there.
He’s the prototype of a wanna be tough guy.
Where as Atencio actually has competed and trains.
by Slug you in the walnuts on Jan 23, 2009 2:05 AM EST up reply actions
dana should take 1 ticket for him and 1 for brock and say “lets do this fedor” HAHAHAHAHA
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 10:13 PM EST up reply actions
That would be awesome, I would love to see Fedor destroy Lesnar.
by Diceman on Jan 22, 2009 10:25 PM EST up reply actions
styles make fights and EVERY decent wrestler had success against fedor for at least a bit of time, add the size speed and strength of lesnar to the fact hes the best wrestler in MMA next to ben askren (who hasnt fought as of yet), and jake rosholt(185lb fighter) you got one hell of a tough fight for fedor he’d probably beat brock but not dominate him as most say
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 10:32 PM EST up reply actions
Destroying Lesnar would bring me over to the Fedor nuthugger group.
by Punch You in the Ovaries on Jan 22, 2009 10:34 PM EST up reply actions
Randy, well put. I don’t think we will see Lesnar get “destroyed” for a long time. Love him or hate him the dude is going to be a tough and dangerous fight for anyone.
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 10:42 PM EST up reply actions
thanks bro, i kinda see him being the next unstoppable force at heavyweight, but i wanna know what was illegal about an elbow to fedors forehead that makes people say he didnt lose idk of any position you cant elbow to the face
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 10:48 PM EST up reply actions
Depending on the rules and where it was at….. It was at King of Kings in 2000. No Elbows allowed which seems to be the norm in Japan.
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 10:52 PM EST up reply actions
oh gotcha.. fully unaware of anything about that fight but it was an “illegal elbow” thanks for clearing that one up, but i think arlovski can win this fight if he stays smart
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 10:57 PM EST up reply actions
Randy, we are the few and the proud!
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 11:07 PM EST up reply actions
haha yeah i guess its not like theres 0 holes in fedors game it just takes a guy like roach or someone else smart to find them and an excellent fighter to expose them int he fight.. watch when he fought sylvia how open his face is as he throws bombs.. circle out wait for him to lunge forward to throw a bomb and counter it, you know like rampage did to wandy,or rashad did to chuck, not saying it would knock him out but it would slow his attack down a bit and take some of that confidence away
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 11:11 PM EST up reply actions
Randy the weird thing is that Fedor suffered the cut from the illegal blow but it was a tourney so they had to let someone go on….. so they counted it as a loss.
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 11:13 PM EST up reply actions
haha wow thats not exactly the other guys fault though, just an unfortunate fight
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 11:14 PM EST up reply actions
He did however fight that guy again and destroyed him.
by Psyqo78!!!!!!!!!!!!!®™ on Jan 22, 2009 11:16 PM EST up reply actions
haha yeah just like anderson would do to ryo chonan but people still bring that fight up..
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 11:18 PM EST up reply actions
honestly dude i would die of laughter if AA comes out and outboxes fedor like he should and wins
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 11:26 PM EST up reply actions
The difference is that Ryo Chonan beat Silva with a perfectly LEGAL move. We all know Silva’s the better fighter, but it’s still a worthless comparison because Fedor “lost” as a result of an ILLEGAL strike. And your point that every decent wrestler has had a bit of success against Fedor for a while is a moot one. Sure, Randleman dropped him on his head, but Fedor quickly subbed him. It doesn’t matter what happens during the fight so long as Fedor ends up with the win…which up until now he always has. And you want to say styles make fights, and then go on to compare Fedors fight againts Tim to his one against AA. Like I’m sure Fedor’s just going to leave himself wide open and let AA pound on his face. Come on man
by Diceman on Jan 22, 2009 11:42 PM EST up reply actions
all of fedors fights he leaves his face open go rewatch ALL of them.. randleman had good success with that slam, up until he grabbed the ropes not only was lindland controlling the standup pretty well backing him up he held him in the corner doing a pretty good job for a 185lb fighter, sure the move chonan used was legal but how often does someone ever use that? once in like a billion years, same amount of times fedor would get a loss by cut..
fact is diceman fedor is extremely beatable and thats my point im not saying brock WOULD beat him im saying he COULD, same with arlovski…
by randy murders on Jan 23, 2009 12:19 AM EST up reply actions
Who cares we all know unless some miracle haymaker lands Fedor is going to win. The futures #1 HW in the world is going to fight in May 23. Even though it’s going to be as an ass whopping like this one we will get to see the future #1 Heavy Weight in the WORLD. 285 wrecking ball that will make even Fedor poop his pants and drop to 205! I hope I didn’t hurt all the Fedor fan’s feelings but Brock is a Freak thats going to raise the bar for HW period.
by Snake on Jan 23, 2009 1:27 AM EST up reply actions
Of course Brock could win the fight. And the thing is that he has no fear in him at all. He could probably throw Fedor around just like he will everyone else.
by jay on Jan 23, 2009 1:59 AM EST up reply actions
Fedor will THrow Brock around just like he does to everyone else.
Brock cant stand n Bang with Fedor, and if he takes Fedor down, he will just get arm barred! I am a big Brock fan, and he has the potential to be great, but slow down there before predicting that an amazing Talent like Brock beats an in his Prime, greatest of all time…Fedor!
If Dana white thought that Brock would beat Fedor, he would Crush Affliction by allowing Fedor to fight 1 UFC fight against Brock. If Brock beats Fedor it would be the end of Affliction…. NOt going to happen because Dana does not want to see his New Heavyweight MOnster/champion being destroyed by a non UFC fighter!
by john on Jan 23, 2009 11:21 AM EST up reply actions
Snake, when a fighter has 75% wins by KO, there is no need for miracles. Fujita and Lindland aren’t exactly known for their follow up combos. AA has finished most of his opponents off after he has rocked them. If anyone can tag Fedor, it’s AA.
by Gord on Jan 23, 2009 11:59 AM EST up reply actions
Thank you John…and randy if Fedor is “etremely beatable” how come no one’s done it legally yet?! What kind of statement is that? Beatable, obviously! Extremely beatable, get real!
by Diceman on Jan 23, 2009 12:01 PM EST up reply actions
I like both of these guys! And no matter who wins the fight, the fans are gonna be the real winners! Because this is going to be one hell of a fight!

Can anyone confirm whether or not Freddie Roach is mildly retarded?
by Dana's a Crossdresser on Jan 22, 2009 9:20 PM EST reply actions
Freedie Roach is a boxing trainer and a former boxer. Roach is one of the most well-known boxing trainers in the world, having been voted Trainer of the Year by the Boxing Writers Association of America in 2003, 2006 and 2007. He is particularly famous in the Philippines for being the trainer of 5-division World Champion Manny Pacquiao. Freddie is one of the best boxing trainers and has been trainning PAC MAN for his entire boxing career.
It is frequently noted on HBO that Roach suffers from Parkinson’s disease due to injuries sustained during his boxing career. Roach severed a training relationship with Wayne McCullough due to McCullough’s insistence on continuing to fight despite a cyst on his brain.
Inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame, “Expanded Category” (Managers & Trainers).
2006 California Boxing Hall of Fame Inductee (Non-Boxer)
2006 Boxing Writers Association of America Trainer of the Year
2008 World Boxing Council (WBC) "Lifetime Achievement Award"

Now these blog videos like Dana’s blog? AND For GOD’S SAKE De La Hoya knows NOTHING about MMA!! It’s a travesty that he’s even involved. Reading what someone else wrote for him about Fedor. Dumbass!

considering de la hoya knows more about fighting then you ever will in your life because he has actually done it, and he has connections with enough big tv companies to blow affliction up id say you are the idiot crayze and i would bet that he actually researched fedor on his own because thats how oscar is…
by randy murders on Jan 22, 2009 10:25 PM EST up reply actions
he should’ve researched him better then because he said fedor knocked out tim sylvia in the first round; it wasn’t a knock out; it was an rnc.

FUCK i cant stand Millen! That dude is the epitomy of the definition Douchebag!!! He keeps saying Dana have the balls to show up and htis and that because he knows Dana wont! And for the very reason Tito gave, he wont show up because it will give noteriety to affliction and thats what they want! I wish Millen had the balls to step int othe cage with Dana and ill put 5 g’s that dana whoops his ass. At least Tom Atencio is a class act in that group.
Isnt there some type of rule about promotoers or traienrs betting? i dont know. I bet even Freddie Roach can drop Millen’s ass!!! I would love nothing more after the fight should Fedor win, Millen go up and collect from Freddie and Freddie just deck his ass with a left hook and say “we didnt shake on it bitch”
