but why does everyone feel its a controversial decision dan won rounds 1,2 easily with franklin just as easily winning round 3. if this went 5 i have to problem believing rich would win a title fight but hendo was the better man tonight. lets just stop the whining and give DAN the big win he earned

That one judge is a fucking idiot. If i was Dan, i would not have taken the classier road. Hopefully whichever commission he’s from will hold him accountable.

UFC 93 summary:
I watched the last round of Horn/pallharese…whatever, the fact that Horn went all 3 rounds kindo makes me regret changing my pick!
Coleman/Shogun! LMAO at shogun. pathetic is giving him too much credit! He said he was 100% after the fight, and seemed happy with his performance. If that were me, I would have said I tore both ACL’s last week and still fought! I never complain about stoppages, but that “early” stoppage could have cost Coleman a split decision victory, especially since a judge gave Franklin a 30-27 fight over Hendo!
On to the main event, Hendo won a close fight! No if ands or buts about it! I don’t know what fight some of you were watching, but whatever!
From all I’m reading, the event isn’t worth me going back to watch the fights I missed!

KEVIN.lytle/davis was a good fight, but not a great one. horn fought a helluva fight, so props to him for that.as far as shogun goes i’m trying to think of a lhw who cant beat him. matt hamill? i think hamill would gnp him easily. chuck? i think chuck will take him out in 1. guys like boetsch or houston? maybe if shogun doesn’t gas again. 30-27 was crazy for franklin, but i din’t care too much for the eye poke. i think rich would win in a 5rnder but thats all coulda ,woulda, shoulda.

I have no problem with Hendo winning. Overrall good night of fights not great but good. I give my hat to Colemen, I was actually cheering for him at the end. I realize Shogun was hurt or is still is hurt, but man did he look bad!!!!!! But a win is a win. I say Shogun vs Liddell.

how can you say he’s hurt? why the fuck are you guys making excuses for a guy who won and specifically said he was 100%? Maybe it’s the fact that he’s in a place where they test for banned substances? Maybe it’s the fact that no one is intimidated by the chute box mystique anymore, or maybe he just sucks! I don’t have the answer, but man you guys making excuses for a win make us BJ fans who make excuses for a loss look good!

Kevin I understand what u r saying but looking at past fights of Shogun (against overeem 06) he just doesn’t look the same! Maybe it’s the cage? I don’t think it’s competition becuase he battled some pretty good fighters in Pride. I assume injury becuase he has been plagued by them recently and hasn’t looked the same.

maybe the cage? are you kidding me, his skills and cardio isn’t getting worse by him fighting in a cage, i do know that it’s easier for wrestlers to get takedowns up against the cage but that ain’t it, he even took Coleman down and couldn’t do anything.. It is the fact that he fights in a place where they do test the fighters for banned substances unlike they in Pride (Japan) and that he fights guys that are better trained athletes than him.. alot of guys were joking about how Coleman would gas in the prefight-interviews well Shogun didn’t look so fresh out there either and he’s only 27..

“There’s nothing to to do out here” says Dana. What absolute fucking nonsense. Ireland has a rich cultural history going back centuries. If Dana White thinks the vacuous hole that is Las Vegas has more to offer than Dublin then he is seriously deluded.

Vegas = entertainment. When i went there, i was freaking overwhelmed by how much stuff there was going on at the same time. And im a New Yorker..
Doesn’t really make sense to compare Ireland to Vegas..
