Mir and present danger: UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir headlines Monday's Pro MMA Radio

UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir will be Monday’s guest in Part II of his interview on MMAmania.com’s exclusive presentation of Pro MMA Radio airing at 9pm ET.

In his first interview after defeating Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC 92, Mir talks about the experience of winning the gold, his feelings on the "Interim" label and whether or not he thinks "Minotauro" is the same fighter he was in PRIDE.

The Ultimate Fighter 8 coach also talks Junie Browning, his improved striking and the inevitable rematch with Brock Lesnar to unify the UFC heavyweight belts.

Hosted by ESPN 1420's Larry Pepe, Pro MMA Radio is professional, guest-driven program that features some of MMA’s biggest names.

If you’re looking for a radio show that revolves around a couple of MMA fans ranting and raving about everything that’s already been covered ad nauseam, then Pro MMA Radio probably isn’t for you.

However, if you want to hear from actual fighters answering questions that are relevant to their careers and the current MMA scene, tune in every Monday night for our exclusive live feed.

Can’t make the 9pm start time? Interested in hearing from past guests like Brock Lesnar and Randy Couture? No problem. Pro MMA Radio offers an easily accessible and downloadable archive by clicking here.

See you tomorrow at 9pm!

I would Like to hear more on his boxing coach. i know he is the one that noticed nog’s weakness on film. I think it was the same nog and that was the problem. IF YOU DON’T EVOLVE YOU BECOME EASY TO FIGURE OUT. JUST LIKE CHUCK AND ALL THE OTHER FIGHTERS. Evolving is the only way to stay on top.

I read on yahoo, that couture is open to dropping to 205 if the matchup was worth it. I’d like to see him fight the loser of evans/page if that is the next title fight.

F That! Randy has been given too many presents from the UFC.

1st a title shot at HW coming out of retirment to fight Sylvia. Then he beats Gonzaga, who at the time was the most over rated Heavyweight I have ever seen.

Then he makes a big legal stink…leaves the UFC for over a year, comes back and has a mega fight booked to fight Lesnar…in which he lost!

F THAT! Couture hasnt done anything at LHW to warrant a title shot over the other top, hardworking LHW’s who continue to put in the work and frequently test themselves against other5 top fighters.

Couture wants a title shot? Let him work his way up to it like everyone else has to!

NO more free-bies for Randy!

U would give Randy the 1st shot at the winner of Evans vs. Rampage over the rest of the hardworking animals at 205 like…Shogun, Wanderlei, Chuck, Forrest, Machida, THiago…..GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!

The only fight I remotely care about invol;ving Couture is:
Randy vs. Nog…..other thn that fight I dont care if I ever see him and his old, sagging, shriveled up old man balls ever again in the Octagon! i just cant shake the image of Cpatian America holding a press conference to bitch/lie about what kind of money Zuffa was paying him.

F Captain sumbag!

As I wont insult Randy like you I do have to agree with most of what you said. He definitely gets the special treatment.
