I say Monson vs Mir in 2009 and Lashley will be in the UFC as well… not sure against who though

Good idea. Lashley needs to be mixed up among the UFC’s HW div…

Lashley vs. Herring. If he wants to follow in Brock’s footsteps . . .

by GregC on Dec 19, 2008 1:58 AM EST up reply actions

2 things, 1st Molly is a hot MMA gal… maybe it’s the way she fills out those sweaters and grips that Michrophone…googoogaagaa! 2ndly Bob Lashley was a NAIA champ in college a far cry from NCAA DIV I like Brock, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Lashley isn’t a damn good wrestler and he certainly looked solid in his debut in about 2 yrs the top 10 of the UFC heavyweight division is going to look good!

by THORAZINE on Dec 19, 2008 2:58 AM EST up reply actions

Yeah she’s HOT. Also Kenny’s answer to if the UFC covers medical expenses, sounded more like a “NO”, but he sugar coated it. Look at his initial response, he didn’t immediately say YES, he fumbled with it.

by DirtbagHtr on Dec 19, 2008 12:17 PM EST up reply actions

Monson would Kill Mir. Good call Thorazine on the difference b/t Brock and Lashley’s wrestling background. In conclusion Kenny is hitting Molly for sure as well as that girl from MMAgirls.net. So fucking obvious the way they’re always flirting with him and on his nuts in their MMA analysis.

Yeah, Kenny’s got one cool job!

by THORAZINE on Dec 20, 2008 12:01 AM EST up reply actions

I actually heard that Monson might fight Kongo and I think that would be a good fight. I would also like to see Kongo vs Mir. ANYTHING to get Kongo to work on his ground game.

by RyanHobbs on Dec 19, 2008 3:45 AM EST up reply actions

Kongo fighting some with the ground skills of Monson could be a very bad fight for him, but Sylvia beat him so should give Kong some hope. There is no denying Kongo’s stand up. He one of the best if not the best striker in the heavyweight division. It is a pity we can not see in go up against the new and improved Arlovski. Would be a decent match. I would pick Kongo only beacause he seems to have more of a killer instinct and does not seem to be as weary about taking a shot as Arlovski does.

by ricky on Dec 19, 2008 12:36 AM EST up reply actions

McNeil doesn’t know sh-t!

by Syd[a.k.a. "The Negation"] on Dec 19, 2008 1:01 AM EST up reply actions

Sums it up. His breakdown of fights are retarded and mostly superficial. Also can’t stand his “sources.”

by NameNotRequired on Dec 19, 2008 1:19 AM EST up reply actions

The flowers are likely for the holidays. About McNeil, I have laughed on several occasions at what he has had to say and I always get a kick out the way that he speaks, however, I have lately been noticing that he is becoming more knowledgable with his statements. While he may not be the BEST guy for the job, at least he seems to be improving.

by RyanHobbs on Dec 19, 2008 3:47 AM EST up reply actions

I’d think even Wanderlei Silva’s would be better than McNiel. Nothing that comes out of his mouth sounds remotely intelligent.

I tried to give this show a chance but the black is too stupid.

If the UFC signs Lashley they will become a huge laughingstock.

by R/p on Dec 19, 2008 2:36 AM EST reply actions

They signed Lesner and look where he is now. The UFC are not concerned about becoming a laughing stock as long as the money keeps rolling in, and now that they have a whole heap of cash coming in from WWE fans, signing Lashley would be no surprise. I am not a Lesner fan by the way if he ever fought I would want him to lose. Nothing against Lesner, but I would always root against a guy with such a distinct size and power advantage over his opponent. Put Kurt Angle in there and I would root for him no problem.

by Ade on Dec 19, 2008 4:47 AM EST up reply actions

Yeah sign Hogan and Stone Cold while they’re at it. Next we’ll see hair vs hair matches, chain matches, tag team, ladder matches, c’mon… Its bad enough they’re working so hard to beat WWE with PPV’s 1-2 per mo, not cheap either. They should have more fight nights to showcase the younger talent, and try to have every fighter, if healthy, fight 3 times per yr. They could also put some more talent in the WEC. I love the WEC, but not too deep.

Bring back Bonnar and feed McNeil to a pack of starving hyenas!

by The Noid on Dec 19, 2008 8:02 AM EST reply actions

I am NOT a Brock fan but I cant deny what he brings to the table. Lashley looks just as explosive and athletic as Lesnar and the time it took each of them to win their MMA debuts are only 30 seconds apart. And lets not forget that Brocks 1st win was over a can as well. All Bobby needs to do now is get a dominating win against a respected journeyman within his next 2 fights and he’ll make the UFC roster for sure.
