I came here to exactly write that -“blank is telling me” or “I just talked to”. Report it like news jackass, don’t hide it. Seriously this guy needs to go. Also they didn’t give Yoshida any credit. He’s gonna tear kos up in the clinch.

Agreed, they should fire him and hire his “sources” for the show. Every single thing he says in second hand knowledge. You couldn’t beat an original opinion outta that guy

Franklin puts facts on the table when questioned, how is that bad? he’s actually delivering the original opinions from the guys that the questions surround.. even if they take in a new guy to the show it’s gotta be someone with those sources that McNeil has, i wanna know things for a fact not just seeing someone giving his opinions..

I like how he gives straight info, but most of the time its obvious or already known info. He definitely has good contacts in the sport, i just want someone who has been in the sport longer then a year or so. He just doesnt seem to know MMA in-depth as well as other guys. Im not saying he doesnt know his sh!t, just that other people know it better. He only got this job because of his boxing commentary pedigree.

I dont think he’s very good at all.. he may give some good facts but he cant finish a sentence without stumbling over his own words… And imo that matters
They should stick with kenny, stephan, kennys brother was pretty good. Anybody but Mcneil!!

Kenny’s improved both as a fighter AND as commentator. He used to be pretty bad. Also, Franklin’s really not that bad. He’s not the typical commentator personality.
