UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin vs. Rashad Evans (205-pound limit)
Round one: Evans looks like he wants to dance around and keep away from Griffin's range. Forrest goes for a body kick but Evans dodges easily. Griffin with a leg kick and Evans just misses a MONSTER overhand right. Body kick from Griffin. Big axe kick from Evans lands flush. Nice right from Evans. Jab from Evans and Griffin lands a leg kick. Leg kick from Forrest. Evans lands a short right hook. Good body shot from Evans and Forrest with a leg kick checked by Rashad. Great kick from Evans. Griffin with a leg kick. Evans switches to southpaw. Back to traditional. Evams with a short right. Double jab left hook from Rashad lands flush. Good right hand from Griffin. Nice uppercut from Evans and Griffin lands a good body kick to the ribs. Thats the bell, extremely tough round to score it could go either way but id say 10-9 Evans but it could easily go to Griffin too.
Round two: Jab from Evans. Inside leg kick from Griffin. Left hook from Evans. Nice jab from Evans lands stiff and another stiff jab. Leg kick from Griffin. Big right from Forrest then a big leg kick and he lands another. Then Rashad with a big right, and Forrest lands two good knees. Great action. Evans with a good left right combo. Leg kick from Griffin. Double jab from Evans. Head kick blocked by Evans. Leg kick from Forrest. Jab from Evans. Double left hook from Evans. Griffin with two good leg kicks. Body kick from Griffin. Big right by Evans snaps Griffins head back and good leg kick from Evans. Good double left hook from Evans. Nice right from Griffin and a good one two combo. Leg kick from Griffin. Evans with a good combo lands a left hook and right. Griffin with a great one two combo to close the round. That one definitely goes to Griffin 10-9 his leg kicks and long reach seem to be throwing off Evans timing.
Round three: Jab from Griffin. Body kick from Griffin. Evans catches a kick and lands a BIG right and Forrest goes down!!! Evans is landing some BOMBS now and some vicious hammer fists!!!! Forrest is hurt but he grabs on for dear life and now pulls guard. Evans in Griffins full guard. Evans looking to pass to side control. BIG elbow from Evans. Still in full guard Evans keeping busy so they dont stand them. BIG right from Evans and another and Forrest is out!!!! Forrest is tapping while Evans is landing some HUGE blows. Evans lands 6 more unanswered punches and thats it!!! Rashad Evans with some incredible ground and pound and we have a new light heavyweight champ!! Those were some HUGE BOMBS from Rashad Evans and he once again seems to be getting better and better with each fight. Awesome action the whole fight and a great fight.

UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Antonio Rodrigo "Minotauro" Nogueira vs. Frank Mir (265-pound limit)
Round one: Head kick from Mir but no damage there. Leg kick from Mir lands flush. Big uppercut from Mir and Nog's head snaps back. Mir again with another uppercut and then gets the clinch and trips him for the take down. Mir now standing and letting Nog get back to his feet. Nog with a stiff jab. Mir with another beautiful uppercut. Inside leg kick from Mir. Nog with a good jab. Leg kick from Mir. Nog looks a little out of sorts, but Mir is slowing down a bit now. Hook from Mir and a knee, and Mir lands an overhand right and Nog is down. Nog stops Mir from doing more damage and Mir lets him get back up to his feet. Mir with another uppercut which lands flush. Mir with a solid knee from the clinch. Leg kick from Nog. Nog with a big combo of left and right hooks and he finally gets some offense. Mir with a left at the bell and Nog falls down!! The bell saves him there but Mir looks amazing could be a 10-8 round.
Round two: Nog looks out of sorts he's on his heels and Mir looks locked in. Left from Mir. Inside leg kick from Nog. Head kick from Mir blocked. Inside leg kick from Nog. Jab by Nog. Mir with a left and then a big left!!!! Nog is down and Mir jumps him and now hes throwing more bombs, and thats it. Frank Mir with an impressive impressive win. WOW he looked amazing tonight he was just hitting Big Nog at will tonight. He dominated from start to finish and Nog barely didnt anything. Complete domination by Frank Mir.
Final result: Mir defeats Nogueira via technical knockout (strikes) in round two

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Wanderlei Silva (205-pound limit)
Round one: Rampage with a wild overhand right and moves back expecting a counter. Straight right from Rampage. Good jab hook combo from Rampage. Wanderlei with a good right hook. Rampage is moving forward looking to throw off Silva. Kick missed from Silva. Jab from Rampage. Doubkle jab from Rampage, and now he shoots but bails out before he commits. Good leg kick from Wanderlei and he throws a big right but it just glances. Great leg kick from Silva. Wanderlei kicks and lands them Rampage catches it trips him and lands a decent right on his way down. Back to the feet. Wanderlei throws a wild right and Rampage ducks and lands a HUGE left and Wanderlei is dropped!!!! Rampage lands 3 more bombs for good measure but it doesnt matter Wanderlei was out cold after the 1st punch!!! WOW!!! Rampage looked amazing. WOW, SICK KO.
Final result: Quinton "Rampage" Jackson defeats Wanderlei Silva via KO (Strikes) Round 1

Cheick Kongo vs. Mustafa Al-Turk (265-pound limit)
Round one: Turk with a leg kick and Kongo catches it and lands a BIG right and nows he's axe kicking Turks thighs with authority. Turk gets the body clinch and is going for the take down and now their up against the fence. Kongo is landing some solid knees to the body and head while stuffing the take down. Turk still working for the single leg and trying for a trip. Now he's switching to the double leg. Kongo with great defense and now hes landing some big elbows to Al-Turks head. Kongo with great take down defense. Turk with a knee to the groin and the ref stops the fight. Kongo is milking the full 5 minute break time im guessing to gain his wind. Its surprising though considering Al-Turk looked to be the tired man at the time of the stoppage. Turk going for another single leg and Kongo is stuffing it again. Now Kongo lands a knee to the groin and the ref has to stop it for Turk. Kongo lands a big right and now he charges in and drops him with a another big right and he pounces on Turk. Kongo is on top and hes landing some vicious elbows and punches hes destroying him!!!!! He lands another HUGE elbow and Turk is cut wide open and now Kongo is landing some relentless hammer fists!!!! Its over Kongo looked impressive. That was some of the best ground and pound ive seen.
Final result: Cheick Kongo defeats Mustafa Al-Turk via TKO (Strikes) Round 1

C.B. Dollaway vs. Mike Massenzio (185-pound limit)
Round one: Dollaway with a body kick, and Massenzio charges and CB lands a knee and then a left hook. Dollaway goes for a big head kick and misses. Big left hook from Massenzio lands flush and Dollaway staggers and hes hurt!!! Massenzio charges and then he goes for a guillotine. Its in deep but Dollaway slips out and nows he on top in Massenzio's full guard. Triangle attempt from Massenzio and CB slips out. Dollaway passes to side control and then goes right into full mount. Massenzio rolls to his stomach and gives up his back and Dollaway starts punching him in the back of his head and Massenzio does nothing but cover up and thats it. Dollaway wins.
Final result: CB Dollaway defeats Mike Massenzio via TKO (Strikes) Round 1
