What a night.. GSP and BJ is gonna be bad@SS!!
Junie Browning, with xtreme couture.. hmm a lil’ hint? that he won the tuf

The blog for ufc 92 is gonna be the best ever!

No way he beat Phillipe, remember this maniacs ( i know you guys will): If Junie wins, im going straight to sherdog for my blogging (god that would suck)!

im suprised BJ didnt have a big mac in his hands to counter GSP’s banana!

anyone notice how gsp acts around bj? he gets all nervous, he wont even look at him. IMO, gsp has got his hands full against bj, and he knows it. i also think that this fight is way more interesting to true fans than “THE BIGGEST FIGHT EVER” that was supposedly couture vs lesnar. i gotta say though, (even though i really hate to) lesnar might hold on to the belt for a while. whos gonna take it from him? i definatly dont see mir winning again if they fight, and if nog beats mir, which i expect will happen, i think brock wouldnt fall into his game. i think brock would ko nog on the feet if they traded for long enough. i think brocks toughest challenge would be a big ass striker. i just dont know of any in the ufc. maybe dos santos can work his way there…. other than that, i’d say maybe gonzaga has got the power to hurt brock cuz randy sure as shit didnt.

good post allamerica, and don’t worry, nover beats junie!

BJ Penn said: “I want to fight Gsp because he uses steroids and that make shim a coward”

As much as I like GSP, he does get all nervous around BJ Penn… I dont see BJ loosing to any man at 170 lbs or less!

by john on Nov 17, 2008 11:53 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

John, BJ NEVER said it, if you can post a source (not muscle magazine where they admitted they misquoted him) I’ll change my name to Jon’s an mmamania god! You can google it, but you’ll never find a credible spot, hence the reason mania never posted it!

by kevin on Nov 17, 2008 12:16 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I never noticed GSP getting nervious around BJ untill you guys said something about it.

i think junie gots this show. why would they show him in the blog?

by the still operator on Nov 17, 2008 5:58 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

JUNIE DOES NOT WIN Dana already said in a radio interview that Junie is not the “next Anderson Silva he was talking about” he goes on to say that he does not make it to the finals

by Breton on Nov 17, 2008 10:24 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

if that asshole junie wins then i’m done watching TUF!!! that in-bred son of a bitch is a discrace to the sport. if there was one person in this country that i’d wanna fight, it would be him!!!

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 11:27 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

why would he give that away.

by the still operator on Nov 17, 2008 5:59 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I can’t wait for the 92 blogs either, it’s gonna be ridiculous.

by NameNotRequired on Nov 17, 2008 12:09 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Look at the ear to ear grin on BJ’s face, and GSP can barely look at him! BJ is already in his head! He’s going to destroy GSP, he literally looked scared, and any of you guys who say he didn’t are crazy!
These day of the fight blogs are even better than the lead up to the event!

by kevin on Nov 17, 2008 10:26 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

i just posted a comment kevin that said the same thing. bj is definatly in gsps head. gsp gets all nervous, and hewont even look at bj when bj is practically talking right to him.
kevin i also havnt had a chance to catch you but i did get your message about how you lived in port charlotte. appreciate the offer, but i live in a condo. i dont have to worry about the landscaping and all the other bs that comes with it, fortunitly! and yeah, i cant wait for bj to beat gsp! i also cant wait for the bj/florian fight to happen. i give the upper hand to bj obviously, but i think this is the type of fight that will give kenny the motivation he needs to be the best we’ve ever seen him. i’m callin it now, that fight should be a classic war!

my dads buddy got a huge place on one of the golf courses in naples. We used to drive down there every blue moon, I’d prefer siesta key!

by kevin on Nov 17, 2008 11:40 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

oh hell yeah. naples is the retirement capital of the world! my girlfriend and i just moved to this area because her mother is here. we’re the youngest people for 10 frigan miles! whatever though, the weathers nice!

hey allamerican, I’ll talk to you later, lots of hot spots down there, gotta get to my poker tournament, I’m late!

i’ve been here since april. its cool and all, but just isnt my type of place. i moved away from a lot of friends and family in mass. i find it hard to meet “real” people here. everybody’s weird! actually, the only people who i’ve become friends with here, are people who moved here from new england! met a couple of kids at the gym who are cool. one of which is nasty at jitz. he just won a comp. at 210lbs and he’s only 20. kids got potential. he trains with one of the barra’s. the same dude who gave vera his bb.

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 12:25 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Hey allamerican: LOL! That’s exactly what I say. I moved to Charlotte over a year ago from Long Island. Pepole here are fn weird! I’m probably moving back. I miss home and normal people. People here are fake!

Was it just me, or did Junie say that it sucked getting kicked off of the show?

by RyanHobbs on Nov 18, 2008 4:10 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Can anyone explain to me why 50 cent is getting so much backstage access and attention lately? Im confused as $#%!. 50 sucks, i hate seeing him affiliated with the UFC… Great episode though, i get excited in the morning just knowing ill get to watch a Dana vlog that day.

by medecine balls on Nov 17, 2008 12:06 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

so can we all agree now that “the biggest PPV in UFC history” was also “the most overrated PPV in UFC history”??

by brendan on Nov 17, 2008 1:48 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

no way. i thought the card was much better than expected. every fighter on the card worked his butt off to put on a good show. Only one fight ended in a decision and that was the fight of the night, so i’d say the card was amazing.

by kitsunex on Nov 17, 2008 2:53 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

all fight were great!

by Ro-J on Nov 17, 2008 7:12 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

The fights were awesome, but them billing it as “the greatest fight ever” was lame. It was great, but it was over-rated before it started. Randy-Brock really shouldnt be called that IMO. They should have saved that line for BJ-GSP 2!

by medecine balls on Nov 17, 2008 7:18 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

i agree. i was pumped to see all the fights being finished. with 1 exception. but who really cared about that fight anyway???

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 11:47 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

thats what i said! the card wan’t that good but the fights were good.
50 was back stage cause he made that song for the ufc.. if i hear his music before a ufc card insted of Stemm – face the pain .. i’m gonna be PISSED!

by mikeybear on Nov 17, 2008 10:25 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

cause he is doing the next song for the UFC.. duhhh…

by manwifecombo on Nov 17, 2008 9:31 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

i know he’s doing the song manwifecombo. what i dont know, is what the f*ck is up with your name?! it kinda freaks me out a little.

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 1:02 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

and also, he’s not just doing that song. he’s supposedly doing a whole soundtrack of crappy music for the UFC. so dont go sayin stupid shit like DUHHH, if you dont even know what you’re talking about. thanks.

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 1:03 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I FULLY AGREE….F*CK 50 CENT he is a joke and this is one bad decision that was made by the UFC because he is a washed up rapper… he has nothing to talk about anymore because everyone knows hes not in the hood and selling drugs and shit

by Breton on Nov 17, 2008 10:26 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

i wish i knew why 50 cent is getting all the attention, period. let alone get to go backstage and meet fighters who he doesnt even f*ckin know who they are. that idiot should just drift away into nowhere, like he WAS doing!

by allamerican on Nov 17, 2008 11:53 AM EST up reply actions   0 recs

that was one of the best blogs thus far i think.. that BJ and GSP bit was hilarious.. pretty cool to get that perspective of all the behind the scenes bit.

and 50 cent… was jokes. repping the TO blue jays hat!

I dont think that really gave much away, all the fighters fight on the finale neways….its good to see that junie is shaping his life up tho, looks like hes doin a lot better than the idiot we see on the show

Dana and joe will more than likely match randy up against the loser of nog/mir and then the winner of that fight gets another crack at the title

It seem like BJ didnt want to look at GSP in the face (scurred), GSP wanted to start a conversation to BJ, and BJ answers him by looking at someone else, GSP looks so much bigger than BJ too…

by Shaolins Finest on Nov 17, 2008 7:58 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

Is BJ turning into Tim Silvia warming up in the cage with the belt on his waist. Then you get GSP who just tosses it on the ground. Ha!

by VNDK8 on Nov 17, 2008 9:19 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

Brock Lesnar did not deserve that title fight and he does not deserve to be champ.. he will get his butt kicked with no MMA SKILLS period….. just wait.. he is a joke..Nog or Mir will be the next champ,, Lesnar wont have it for long..Mir will snap his little itty bitty ankle in half next time..haha he has chicken legs dont see how they hold his body up!!!

by manwifecombo on Nov 17, 2008 9:33 AM EST reply actions   0 recs

IMO If you beat the champ, then you deserved to fucking fight him! I’m gonna use GSP-Serra as analogy again, because I think it’s the closest to the Randy-Brock scenario. I didn’t think Serra deserved to fight GSP before they actually fought, but Serra proved me wrong and I saw him as the legit champ. This is coming from a huge GSP fan. Why can’t people do the same with Lesnar? Is his pro wrestling experience really blinding people? It’s just a job. If he worked a construction job or worked at Wal-Mart b/w his time as an amateur wrestler and MMA fighter, nobody would make a shit. But somehow, since he was an actor, he is LESS legit? That’s pure bullshit.

I don’t know if this is the appropriate place to rant, but since the UFC site doesn’t list contact info for Dana White (or any of the UFC brass), I’m dumping my bitch here.

I’ve been a loyal fan for years, but I have to question the sanity (and fairness) of UFC matchmaking decisions over 2008. Frank Mir has already RECENTLY beat Brock Lesnar … Lesnar had lost 1/3 of his first three fights in the UFC. So how does he suddenly deserve a crack at the title?

Yes, he beat Couture … good for him. But even Serra can get a lucky punch title win. I’d like to see the UFC retain credibility by making prize fights be more than a lottery win. IF YOU LOSE A FIGHT AGAINST MIR, YOU SHOULDN’T BE A TITLE CONTENDER TWO FIGHTS LATER.

So what happens if Mir wins Noguera … is it fair that Mir should have to prove himself AGAIN over Lesnar so soon?

Why does Lesnar get such a sweetheart deal with the UFC, while others have to go to the back of the line when then lose a fight?

Although the cards fell right in the aftermath, this reminds me of Forrest Griffen losing to Jardine, then getting a sweetheart fight with Shogun — and then Jackson. Well, I like Forrest enough that I bought in (even tho it wasn’t fair to Jardine). If Forrest had fought Houston Alexander, and Jardine had fought Shogun, maybe we’d see a different Light Heavyweight champion at the moment.

I hope that the UFC restores some logic and credibility to the selection process. What’s fair is fair, dammit … and even if you have personal preferences for a specific fighter, that should not factor in to sweetheart deals during the selection process for fight lineups (especially title fights).

In case anyone can tell me something I’m missing, I will publicly list my email addy: saycheeseinc@aol.com

Acually Forrest faught Hector Ramirez. While the dean of mean got beat by Alexander. Get your facts straight before you make comments that arent right. Anyways the fight against Shogun wasn’t like it was for a title.

This fight was about the money. The UFC is a business first and foremost. Brock makes the UFC money, Randy makes the UFC money. End of story.

This was a business decision by the UFC. I haven’t seen the PPV buy numbers, but I’m sure they were very good.

the most influencial fighter in the world just graced us with the most amazing challange one could ever experiance.the loss to brock will change randy for the better.once refured to as father time, randy will comeback again.Maybe light heavy might welcome him again.however even lossing to brock made randy the greatest fighter in the whole world.could brock cotrol bob sapp like randy did to brock.i highly dought any body in the ufc could not or even would fight 40lb lighter than there current weight and not get murdered.
