UFC 91 odds and betting lines sportsbook for 'Couture vs Lesnar'

UFC 91 odds for the "Couture vs. Lesnar" pay-per-view (PPV) event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, November 15 are beginning to trickle out.
It’s hard to predict how this line will move as fight night draws closer. However, if you like what you see this is a great opportunity to lock-in some early odds before the lines begin to narrow (or widen) as show time approaches.
For example, UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture has once again been pegged as the underdog. And "The Natural" has a ridiculous winning percentage when in that role.
Check out what we have so far:
| Brock Lesnar | -130 | BET NOW |
|---|---|---|
| Randy Couture | +100 | BET NOW |
| Kenny Florian | -175 | BET NOW |
| Joe Stevenson | +135 | BET NOW |
All of the UFC 91 odds should be out soon. Of course, we’ll pass them along right here at MMAmania.com when the complete lines become available.
To check out the complete UFC 91 fight card click here. Remember that we will also be the spot for up-to-the-minute LIVE results and coverage on fight night.

Agreed Mikeybear, Couture VS Lesnar, is pretty damn good, and Joe Daddy Vs Florian is Ok… but beyond that I don’t have that anticipation to watch other matchups.

True. I will also be putting some money on Couture if the odds move more against him. I hope Randy can win, but Lesnar is a monster.

How does everyone feel about the odds on the Florian/Stevenson fight? I am thinking that Kenny just might have opened a little too high. I still see him as a slight favorite, but Sean Sherk proved that a short, strong, wrestler can put Kenny on his back and win a decision.
by ViolentMike on Oct 30, 2008 9:53 AM EDT reply actions 0 recs
I agree- imo he’s only marginal favourite.

congrats john, lucky for you the sox lost.
stinky, I agree the odds are great, couture should pay out +120 by the end. are you doing the same contest as last time? include me if you are, I’m short on “spendable” cash. don’t wanna start selling stock or dipping into savings!

Kevin: I have to keep it real….we are lucky that the sox lost, cause the Rays were a joke of a match up for us. Sox would have at least made it a series!
Tomorrow people are throwing all kinds of HUGE bashes starting at like 9 am. This is neccessary to ensure that everyone is completely thrashed FOR the Parade at 12. I will be a mess. So Talk to you guys later!

i am thinking that the odds on that fight are pretty accurate.
my book keeps have around the same numbers..
and they know their mma.
the internet odds are always way off~
but this fight?
looks good to stinky!

Stevenson isn’t Sherk though, this is gonna be Ken Flo all the way with the reach/ground control imo, I think it’s gonna be a great fight, but I wouldn’t put money on Joe. I’m hoping since Joe’s not really a brawler like Huerta that Kenny will be more aggressive this time around. Overall there weren’t too many fights on this card I was excited about (from a betting stand point) only RANDY COUTURE, lol, and thats about it.
by O damn he got caught on Oct 30, 2008 10:01 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
Greed that Stevenson isn’t Sherk, and his wrestling isn’t quite as strong, BUT, he got a guillatine! LOL
And as far as betting, I agree, its pretty tough. So far, I only got money on Lesnar. I bet the day the odds came out and got Brock at Even money. What odds did you get for Randy? Or did you not bet yet?
I see both fighters being -115 come fight night.
by ViolentMike on Oct 30, 2008 10:06 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
I haven’t bet yet, I was hoping he’d go a little further into the + first, but so far Randy’s gone from like -130 to +100 or something like that; I might wait until after the WEC fights Nov 5th before I bet just to see if the #’s move a little bit. I got money on Sonnen to beat Fihlo, hopefully that works out lol.
by O damn he got caught on Oct 30, 2008 10:22 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
And depending on the odds for Quarry vs Maia, I might put some $$$ on Nate if he comes in as a big underdog.
by O damn he got caught on Oct 30, 2008 10:23 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
I like Quarry in that one too. He’s got really good hands and will be drilling takedown defense and getting back to his feet pretty much his entire training camp.
by PW on Oct 30, 2008 10:28 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
And I have no greed for the kenflo fight, I meant to type “Agreed” as the first word in above post…
by ViolentMike on Oct 30, 2008 10:28 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
You shouldn’t bet Quarry unless the lines become ridiculous. His ground has never really been tested in an actual fight and he’s going up against someone who can just pull guard if he doesn’t think takedowns might work.
by NameNotRequired on Oct 30, 2008 12:44 PM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
I used to hate KenFlo, but he’s really grown on me, much like a fungus. He is a class above Joe Stevenson, who aside from his grappling, basically has nothing else to offer. I look forward to him dismantling “Joe Daddy”.
by Graham on Oct 30, 2008 10:21 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
ya but i think kenny learned from that fight with sherk and will have a different gameplan to assure the win against stevenson. im thinking he might try to keep it on the feet, try to hurt joe, then take him down for a gnp or sub victory. man, i like both fighters but i would rather see florian/sherk 2 so im rootin for florian.

woo~woo.
u peeps out there that bet on the net r getting randy as a dog.
sweet deal for u. stinky~says = bet on randy.
all 3 of my book keeps have lesner as the dog.
i put down 20k[or food~stamps if u prefer?] on randy.
by ricky~dooby on Oct 30, 2008 9:57 AM EDT reply actions 0 recs
I hope you don’t have any kids because food stamps on Randy = no milk for the kiddies! Lesnar as the dog = Organic milk and a 40oz for Daddy!
by BNF on Oct 30, 2008 10:19 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
lmao~
i would agree to betting on lesnar if he was more of an
underdog. maybe +220 or something? i would make a small bet.
but randy is too smart for this man.
the smart bet is on randy.
but i do agree with the risky bets sometimes~
and brock definitely stands a chance.
maybe my input and advice on this fight for betting would
be that the smart bet would be small cash on randy.
so i guess my bet[20k] would be smart and risky.
do u bet bnf?
by ricky~dooby on Oct 30, 2008 10:28 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
I haven’t bet on MMA yet, but I should. Last week I would have probably would have bet the Spider, Alves, and Sherk. And last minute bet on Dos Santos after I saw how many Krispy Kreams Werdum was throwing down.
Randy is probaly the smart bet, but I think the age and long lay off will come into play. I see The Viking overwhelming him with size, strength and speed.

When it comes to betting mma, I find it very helpful to watch the weigh ins before betting on any fights. The only problem with that is that betting odds change significantly in the months leading up to the fight and sometimes you get great odd 2 months before the fight and you have to jump on it and bet right away, instead of waiting to watch the weigh ins
by john on Oct 30, 2008 11:26 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
Stinky-
Whats the word?
You feel that confident in Randy?
Wouldn’t putting that 20k on Lesnar make more sense since he is the dog and you would get a larger payoff?
I might actually bet for the first time in my life and put $$$ on Lesnar to destroy Randy.
by OJR on Oct 30, 2008 10:27 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
Organic milk and a 40! I like Brock to physically overwhelm Captain Paycheck in this one.

i love the nickname for randy!
that is definitely randys new name.

WHat kind of odds is your bookie offering on Lesnar? +150?
by ViolentMike on Oct 30, 2008 10:30 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
i got it at~
brock lesnar +100 and
randy paycheck at -120
im not sure? but it might be at even now?
by ricky~dooby on Oct 30, 2008 10:41 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
Man, it takes some balls to bet against Randy now a days lol. gl
by O damn he got caught on Oct 30, 2008 10:31 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
ojr~ whats good playa!
i do feel that confident in randy.
mostly because he is fighting lesnar.
if i had lesnar at better odds i would bet small on him.
but i feel the smart bet is on~
randy ‘im worth more money then that’ couture.
that greedy slime bag is going to get what he wants.
a boat load of cash~ a win agianst the almighty vikking~
and most importantly~ A BOAT LOAD OF CASH.
kinda makes me sick how a great fighter can be such a
dildo out side the cage.
anyways~ yeah
the smart bet is on randy.
i made that bet when i was half drunk~
looking back i should have only bet 10k for safety.
by ricky~dooby on Oct 30, 2008 10:38 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
The biggest reason I wouldn’t bet on Randy (other than the fact that I’m a big Brock fan) is that Lesnar is still susceptible to submissions, and Randy Paycheck’s submission game is minimal to non-existent. Randy only has two submission wins, both by chokes, and I don’t know how you choke a guy with no neck.
by PW on Oct 30, 2008 11:16 AM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
Randy “The Paycheck” Couture! I love it! Good stuff guys!

Joe daddy by GUILLOTINE in the late 2nd.

I’m hoping stevenson chokes florian out. But florian will look to take this to a decision with his boring like fight style same he used against huerta. I would love to see this be a ground war since I tend to enjoy those the most.
by rydinlow on Oct 30, 2008 11:10 AM EDT reply actions 0 recs
I think that when they photoshopped Randy into the promo pic, they scaled him up.
He’s definitely not the same size like that!
by David on Oct 30, 2008 2:06 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Guys,
Stevenson is gonna be slit all over the place.
Florian will school him like he was in Pre-K.
Randy has his hands full but I am thinking hes a smart puppy not an old dog on the night of the fight. I can see Randy Sliding right and getting a lucky poke in. Setting the tone for the fight once Lesnar sees his nose layed flat across his cheek.
I would love to see randy pull off a flying knee. A Silva is the man for that job.
Brock rushes in too much. Randy needs to slow it down.
I could see him maybe even keeping wide and frustrating Brock by playing tag.

Damon from BetUS here. Thought I’d mention that we opoened with Randy as the fav, it got IMMEDIATELY bought up to a 30c line , went to even and now Lesnar is climbing as a fave. The window on Lesnar’s value is closing, but as the fight gets closer, and the drunken ass WWE fans get all jacked up for the fight, you’ll probably see an ass-load of $$ comin in on Lesnar right up until the fight, so if you like Randy as a dog now…wait. Unless some big news comes out, money will pour in on Brock right up till fight time and you’ll see Randy’s $$ go nuts.

florian will finish the fight in the first or second round. Tko, ko, submission. He’s got all the tools
By the way lesners never failed a drug test. He should be named the natural because that dude is a straight up viking..probably slayed dinosaurs in a past life or someshit haha
