Yay, I spent £200 on ticket for this crappy event!!!!!!! That’s the last time I get a ticket before I know what the main event is!!!! The only reason the tickets aren’t going on ebay is:-
a) No one will buy them (UFC must be insane to think this event will sell out!!!)
and
b) I’ve never been to a UFC event so amazingly I’m still kinda looking forward to this still!!!!
Apparently 4000 Brits bought tickets on the rumour that Anderson Silva was going to fight on the card!! I wonder if the UFC started that rumour?!?!?!?!?!

First of all, Chuck is not washed up! he still has at least 3 good fights left in him. and good fights mean fights not against people that would just tear him apart! rumor has it that the ufc was trying to get Anderson Silva and Chuck to fight,, as jim rome said " that fight should never happen, chuck is the man. but chuckie but dont go out that way!" and i agree! i think throwing Chuck in the ring with The winner of Dan Hollywood Henderson and Rich Ace Franklin would be a great match! Chuck would put on a great and entertaining bout against either fighter. Chuck and Vanderlay would also be a good match. both fighters have beat each other before and both are coming off a big loss and that could build confidence in a win for either fighter. and how about Chuck vs Matt the Hammer Hamill that fight would be awesome!

Ufc 95 is gonna be awesome! Sanchez stepping down and finally being at the weight class that best fits him. taking on Joe Daddy! that should be a great match! also with season 1 and 2 im sure going at it! look for sanchez to tap out joe daddy quick with it!

This fight is gonna be awesome! and i totally agree that the winner should fight Anderson right away! both fighters are at there prime and ready to go! Sonnen i think is gonna be a monster and do big things in the ufc!

I am also one of the unlucky ones who bought a ticket for this event (although only £80) thinking that there was going to be a massive main event (i.e Silva).

Even though it will be good to see Sanchez’s lightweight debut and Maia’s sick BJJ. I cant help but feel cheated because if i’da known that the card was going to be this, i would of just watched it on TV.

I think this is a very bad move for UFC because unlike the US, the UFC is still very new to most of the people over here. And without any big names in the card I doubt this event will turn any casual fan’s heads.

this still needs a big fight, maybe at 205 jardine/alexander/cain or sumthin. and id like heath herring cos the fights so far are nice fights but they are pretty much unknown to the casual fan, it will struggle to seel out if there are no reasonably big names added??

I am not feelin the main event…main event’s dont have to be title fights but top contender matches would be nice, or several of them, and I don’t feel that Sanchez vs. Stevenson is main event worthy, though they are good fighters.

i love goin to the ufc. i spent 150 on my ticket and im gonna love it im sure. but they should change the name to fight night. sanchez vs joe daddy. hardly a main event is it.
 god knows who they can put in to make this a big event.
oh well ay. as long as i see good fights (and im sure i will as most of the time the prelims are better than the main card) ill be a happy chappy :)

I got my tickets after rumours of Mr Silva smashing Chuck were banded about and im gutted that the card has ended up like this. Joe Daddy Vs Nutbag Sanchez is not a main event in the slightest….get schooled by Kenflo then get a min event slot, suppose its not bad for Joe Daddy….

That said i am still pumped for it and i reckon if Sonnen V Maia was in a years time that could easily be a main event for the title, thats how highly i rate these two fighters…..and as for no brits? Etim and Hardy are on the card, and Taylor wont be ready due to the broken ribs after the Lights Out fight…

All in i think UFC are always handing the UK bum cards and dud fights, and its about time they gave us some top tier title action as they are in danger of losing fans (i.e. myself) as we are getting sick of being short changed…..i hope they realise this….

Oh my god. i bought my boyfriend tickets to ufc 95(crimbo present)am i a goos mot or what…without seeing the fight card and im really pissed off too… respect to all fighters but when im paying 800 euro for 2 tickets i wanna see some big names.. and i love chuck i wish he was there.plus im in dublin and i have the extra expence of flying to london and a hotel bill….and ye i know theres an event in dublin but it sold out in record time..anyway peace out peoples will check out peoples comments later

I also bought tickets on the Silva vs Chuck rumour and feel like I’ve been brutally sodimized! What a shitty fight card. One of the worst I’ve ever seen since I started watching at UFC 3. Dana I hope you read these! I think you’re a complete c*nt for this… I got first tier tickets and going to try and sell them now, but I don’t hold out much hope! NEVER will I pay to go to a UFC in the UK again!

The worst PPV card ever, if anyone pays for this one, you really have your head examined. This card should be called a Fight Night card.

I looked at this card over and over again, hoping they were going to add another fight in there. Come on Dana this card is rubbish, I am from the UK and I will not be buying a ticket for this one. To be honest I am that disgusted with the weakness of this card I actually don’t know if I am going to even watch it.

None of the fights on there actually interest me. Why couldn’t they have put the Rampage vs Jardine on this card at least that would have been a bit more interesting. I look at the Dublin card and then look at this one and I feel we have been shortchanged. I agree with Bigmcmac this should have been a ‘Fight Night’.

If this sells out I’ll eat my hat. What the hell are Sanchez and Stevenson doing headlining this card. Dana – if you are listening you will lose UK fans if you keep putting rubbish on like this.

Nate Marquardt vs. Wilson Gouveia, and Demian Maia vs. Chael Sonnen are actually good on the under card, but there is really no main draw! Lets see another tier 1 fight please!

Anderson Silva is not fighting Chuck. Anderson is defending his title at UFC 97 vs Thalies Leites. Chuckles is fighting Shogun at UFC 97. And they are saying that the winner between Rampage and Jardine will fight Rashad. I still think Lyoto Machida should fight Rashad though.

You guys that think Chuck will ever beat Anderson if they get in the ring together are CRAZY!!! I can’t imagine what makes someone think Chuck would last with him, Chuck would get demolished with the quickness. I personally hope they fight one day, but I also think UFC does not want that because Chuck is a money maker and they don’t want him to be slapped around in the ring on a PPV fight like he would be by Anderson.

I keep hoping this is some kind of joke, but 10 days before the event and I realise what a complete fuckin waste of £150 this was. I really don’t know if I can be bothered with the trip. If I didn’t have a ticket, I wouldn’t even bother watching this dogshite event on tv! Seriously, I’d rather sleep that watch this poor show. Dana said he was going to make this the best UK event ever… Well, you failed big time you wanker! When you consider the size of the venue and the decent card they had on in Ireland, compared to this sorry looking sack of shit featuring 2 B-level fighters, you have to question the complete bullshit that finds it’s way out of Dana’s mouth.

It’s a weak card lacking a credible name in the whole card, let alone the main event. This is a shitty Ultimate Fight Night at best. Granted, Joe Silva puts the fight card together, but Dana obviously doesn’t care. Even getting half my money back would still piss me off at this point.

i think the ufc should sign cung le so he can fight anderson silva. that would be a bangout and i think cung would beat him
