I’m still no sure what to make of it. I’ve watched it three times now, and I’m not sure if it’s good…or bad. I wonder how recently it was filmed. Coleman looked healthy, as did Randleman.

Definitely the 2nd. This sucked. In its effort to be so poetic and artsy, it actually poses the question are we in our own personal prison while watching fighting. Not a smart question to ask if you make your money off of fighting and fighting shirts!

i’m all for a stylistic mma film but that was pretty disjointed. tryin to push the poetic overtones a little too much imo and forgettin to make sure the story has flow and/or plot. but i’m no scorsese myself so props for putting it out there.

I thought it as pretty cool. I liked how it was filmed a lot. I wasnt too sure about some parts of the narration. I have no credentials though when it comes to film.

I liked how it was filmed as well, but…too draw out among other things… probably not for the mainstream MMA fan.

John- Once in a while, the moment after I click my well thought out, rousing & sensational comments… they drift off into cyberspace to be read by a higher being… and materialize when I awake in the morning…

It was ok. I don’t care for the poetic tone thing. I do like the look of it alot. I guess it’s better than those sucky Hollywood takes on what MMA is supposed to be.

I thought it was a boring film, nothing happen
Story telling works if you have a beginning, miiddle, and end.
I didn’t see any of that.
Although, the preview to his next film looks very interesting.

self indulgent crap. A wanna be filmaker using real mma fighters to legitamize his own artistic ideals, amounting to nothing but empty visual poetry. Tapout clearly has too much time and money on their hands.

good to marcio simas in the video. i knew he was filming there for it, but you only catch a really small glance as randalman is coming into the cage during the tv spot.

That ish was pointless. Those tapout guys are completely retarted. Sometimes I try to watch that show because it is a cool concept, but I turn it off as soon as I see “Mask” or “Scrape” come out with a super soaker or fart in their hand and put it in their mouth.
These guys are bad for MMA in the long run. They belong in the WWE.
Out.

The video direction is good, the narration is pretty lame.
Overall I’d give it a 5 out of 10
6 out of 10 if you are deaf.

Sucks!… If this wwer a critique session with the filmaker I might say why it sucks, but because it’s not… I will just say… SUCKS!

Hey hey hey you guys are jus looking at it all wrong…You willnot be able to understand the movie until you can look a the big picture…Try to picture a flower that before the bulb has opened. Imagine opening it, layer after beautiful layer. Each layer revealing more and more solace. Imagine the cosmos and watching a meteor shower from atop of the Rocy Mountains. Picture the twinkle of the New York City skyline from New Jersey or remember the smell of wet grass on a spring morning. Then and only then will you be able to get back those a minutes wasted watching that film…What the hell! I feel robbed….It was summed up best in Billy MAdison by PRincipal in the Educational Decathalon….
Mr. Madison, what you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
It looks great but much like piccaso it makes very little sense! Yeah yeah all that prisoner of the mind and living a life in shackles crap, but no prison of the mind compares to actually being in jail and fighting for your life….

LOL! I like Tapout gear, so please stick to what you know. I lost interest by the 2nd minute, because Mask didn’t sweep in like a vampire bat (lol). After that commercial, I might start questioning how much money Tapout made off the shirt I bought, and maybe I overpaid. Next thing you know they’ll throw their hat out into MMA promotions. Go back to what you know.
