Theres no why in hell Leben could have went to a Decision with Hammil or Evans, you’ll all see when Bisping flatlines Leben.

Leben is a slugger, w/c is the worst match up for a technical striker like Bisping. So just hope that Bisping prays not to get KTFO…

Let me see, The Spider is a tech. striker, and he Knocked out Leben, Kenny played the roll as a tech striker, and he beat The Slugger Huerta. I don’t see Bisping getting Knocked out be leben. Leben will get droped by a right, or a Few Knee’s.

Leben is one of my favorite and Bisping is one of my most hated. So there is no debate over who I am rooting for in this fight. I have already broken it down a few times in previous threads. So instead, this time, I will bring up the current bettting lines.

John and others, you say that you like Bisping. My question is, are you liking Bisping at -200? How about at -240? Right now Leben is still sitting at +160. I have been really racking my brain lately trying to predict where the money for this fight is going to be going. If the money will be going on Leben, then I need to get my bet on the Crippler in now. But if people are still liking Bisping at -200 or -220, then I can catch Leben at +200. That would be a very worthwhile bet.

I was just looking at a few different sportsbooks and I just found Chuck at -240. Much better than the current -280 over at BetUs. Also, between yesterday and today the odds changed on the Kampmann/Marquardt fight. Yesterday it was Kampmann +120 and Marquardt -160. Now Kampmann is Even and Marquardt is -140. I almost bet $10 on Kampmann yesterday since he was the dog, but I decided that for that fight, I will wait until the day of the event gets closer. If Marquardt reaches -110, I may have to wager on him considering his experience. Both of these fighters are very solid, and I see Marquardt as being a slight favorite.

i dont know i would like to see jason day in another fight before judging whether he is good or just another steppin stone

in the 2 fights i’ve seen him in he has dominated and been dominated

who ever said a technical fighters toughest fight is against heavy hitters clearly knows nothing

just a few examples of technical fighters winning brawlers/heavy hitters:
forrest vs rampage
machida vs franklin
ken flo vs huerta
fitch vs alves
GSP vs serra 2

i think it is going to be a competitive fight but i see bisping winning a decision i dont think he will be able to put leben away and i think bisping chin will stand up to leben’s power while he lands more shots

I dont think Bisping’s chin will hold up for TOO long but might hold in the beginning if hes lucky. Hamill had Bisping rocked and I think Leben hits at least 3 or 4 times as hard. I expect this to be a stand up war with the guy having the better chin to win. In this case….I think Leben’s chin is granite compared to Bisping’s clay chin.

I won’t be putting money on this one. I’m not sure how it will go down. My guess is that Biping won’t get caught. He’s too fast at MW. I will be pulling for Leben, but if I had to put money down, it would be Bisping. My stab at a prediction is Bisping by stoppage in the third or by unanimous decison. Hope I’m wrong.

How do you figure?? Do yourself a favor and take a peak at his record inside the octagon. Not too many fighters can say that they have 8 wins in the UFC. He is 8-3.

If the UFC protected Leben like they do Bisping, Leben would be undefeated in the UFC as well.

It should be a great fight, with two guys who absolutely polarize the fans! It will be interesting to see if Bisping meaning of “stand and trade” is stand and bang, or (like with Hammill) stand and out point Leben with jabs.

I’m rooting for Bisping, but he better not get sloppy as he has in the past. If he makes a careless mistake, Leben will knock him out. But then even if he beats Leben and steps one rung closer to a title shot, he’s still no match for Silva!
