Andrei Arlovski: 'How taste my pee-pee,' Tim Sylvia? (Video)

Quick background: Andrei Arlovski and Tim Sylvia fought three times under the UFC banner -- "The Maine-iac" won two of those contests. Arlovski dated Patrycja Mikula for quite some time but the couple recently broke up. And when the two split rumors began to surface that Mikula and Sylvia were getting cozy when the pair was seen together at the Adrenaline MMA debut last month. Neither side confirmed or denied the rumors and Mikula is reportedly now dating Binas Begovic. Oh yeah, Arlovksi is set to face Ben Rothwell at Affliction: "Banned" on July 19 -- the same night Sylvia is set to take on Fedor Emelianenko. Fun stuff.

ive only seen replays of his fights, none live. but i would have to say he has very good hands,quick with great power. hes not as well -rounded as fedor but he would be a top-10 fighter in the ufc (right now). if he comes prepared and is ready like he says, he will take the "headhunter out quick. i think if not mistaken that his main weakness is his dedication to the sport.

Aleks is one tough dude. I think he is around #10 HW in a lot of polls. He would probably fare pretty good in the UFC. His last two losses were to Barnett and Verdum.

That comment would have more effect if AA hadnt embarassed himself against Tim in their second and third fight. Arlovski whooped on a bunch of nobodies back in the day and has NEVER beat anyone that is the caliber of Fedor, Nog, or Randy. I always wanted to see a Cro-cop/AA fight when they were both around, but it never happened. AA vs. Kongo wouldve been cool too. Now he’s going to try to get his career back on track by fighting sub-par competition. I like his KO power and used to love his aggressive style but he’s a different fighter now, and he’s got a long way to go before I’m sold on him.

Blow it doode, AA submitted Tim immediately after rocking him in their first fight. He rocked Tim in their second and got caught immediately. Then he stood with Tim for five rounds losing a close decision that I feel should have been his cause Tim just slacked and used his distance to keep the fight slow and dull. Then Andrei goes on to beat 3 more guys and people are still complaining? And he’d kill Randy, Randy is so overhyped its not even funny. I think he could do a good fight against any of those three guys and he could win any of those three fights. I think if Randy can’t get out of his contract limbo in time Fedor AA will happen and I don’t mind taking AA in that bout. Maybe Fedor will blast through Sylvia and change my mind though.

Whatever dude. AA hasn’t been the same since he got KTFO’d by Tim. He’s won some fights but he was is not a top tier fighter. He had the belt when he did simply because the UFC had an insanely weak HW division at the time. Sure he rocked Tim in the 2nd fight, but he should’ve brought it to him in the 3rd. Tim played a smart fight, and although it was boring, you can’t hand AA a win because Tim kept him at a distance and peppered him with jabs. I suppose you think Tito should have won against Machida too? Or BJ fought a bad fight vs. Sherk? Oh that’s right, BJ KTFO’d Sherk too. Its called fighting your fight. Sure AA has gotten some wins, but, again, against nobodies. The Werdum fight was laughable, and he got lucky against Cruz. I’m not the biggest Randy fan, but I know that he would beat AA. And Fedor or Nog would kill him. We will obviously see Fedor vs. AA soon under Affliction in a battle of Russian Sambo guys and AA will get destroyed. Period.
