USA TODAY. has reported that rampage has been charged with hit and run and is in orange county posing bond. no other details though.

I’m not convinced thats page. Although I’m not convinced its not. I don’t see how the police could not have identified him if his picture is on the truck and also the dudes arms looked kind of small but then again its a far away shot. Just saying though don’t go judging him yet it might just be some guy who took Rampage’s truck for a ride and is gonna get it when Rampage finds out… at least thats how I hope its going to go down.
