He reminds me of a carrot in this video. Odd I know. I hope to see Tanner win this match. Nothing against Grove, Just always been a fan of Tanner.

It is do or die time for Kendall. I think we will see a much better Tanner. I am not sure if I will bet on this fight, but If I do, it will be on Evan!
Grove needs to start taking his career more serious!
He isnt the bum that many of u like to say he is, after all he did pull off the 1st Darce choke Finish in UFC history!
He needs to stop getting whacked all the time, and take some HGH and hope that his Tiny little head grows! lol

YEah, right. Good time to be a Tanner fan. Though he’s a washed-up drunk, IMO I think he’s ready to get back to his winning ways. I miss the those destructive elbows!

“It’s a fight between two losers in the main event at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Finale 7 this Saturday…”
It sounds like an insult, but its not. They did both lose recently. XD Man thats irony for you.

Kendall Grove, its do or die time…. You are the only TUF winner not named Travis Lutter that has ended up failing in the UFC… get your game together.

only one failing>??? diego is not failing? hes a C fighter as far as im concerned.. go kendall.. its not everyday u see a 6’6 middleweight.. represent the tall lanky guys.. know what i mean!

Diego Sanchez has defeated Nick Diaz, Karo Parysian, Kenny Florian. Lost to Koscheck and Fitch.
Kendall Grove has really not beat anyone impressive and has lost to Jorge Rivera and Patrick Cote.
Sanchez is not a C fighter.

Yeah, definitely insane. I’d say he’s a B-level type of fighter…But don’t get me wrong, aggression in the octagon doesn’t automatically result in wins. Take exhibit B-Diego Sanchez…Hehe!!

realy cause i believe that the majority of em failed to make it to the top! there are about 25 tuf contestants who mad an impact on the ufc! so far none of em bar serra have come close to winning a title and none of em deserved it! looking at tuf 3 it was a weak cast! at 205 it had hamill and bisping and bisping is gone down to 185 while at 185 it had four good fighters in rory singer, kalib starnes, ed herman and kendall grove but none of em were good enough to make any serious inroads in the ufc! and so far hamill and bisping havent been all that good!
so i ask what do you expect of kendall? you hardly expect the next champ! and hey chris leben was loosing a bit there for a while

Is there any way, that Kendall could drop down to 170?
by JRandolph on Jun 18, 2008 10:11 PM EDT reply actions
Kendall Grove by KO.
Long length and some serious knees in the Muay Thai clinch are going to hurt tanner. Just like Okami.
Too young, too tall, too fast, too strong.
The UFC has passed Evan Tanner by.

Kendall reps team Punishment, so losing is kind of a requirement.

I really like this guy. Funny as hell and seems like e nice guy, reminds me of a lot of my frieds. Technical striker and a odd size for his wightclass too. and i root for him every time he fights.
That being said; DAAMMMMMMMMN HE HAS A WEAK CHIN! UNBELIEVABLE!

I dont like Grove because he tried to steal the nickname of the baddest man on the planet, Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva. There’s only one Spider in MMA and it damn sure aint Kendall “Da Joke” Grove. And wtf is up with that stupid ass face thing Da Joke wears to the octagon???
by Spider Rulz on Jun 19, 2008 10:13 AM EDT reply actions
Yeah, but Kendall went all gansta wit it. He spells it “Da Spyder”. I guess that makes him a bad-ass! The guys about as gangsta as a slice of wonderbread. Either that or his 3 remaining brain cells wouldn’t let him spell it properly…
And yeah, that stupid face mask makes me want to kick him in the teeth almost as much as that stupid “Tito Ortiz burial” routine he does after he wins. Get some originality there Ken Doll.

dude, you’re a wannabe, a keyboard warrior. stfu. kendal would choke your face blue n purple if you said that to his face.
by kama kaze on Jun 19, 2008 12:29 PM EDT up reply actions
Did I say I was a fighter?! He would most definitely kick my ass! And I freely admit that I’d never get in there and fight, it really takes a different breed to actually step in the cage and fight your ass off.
All I’m saying is that I find the guy really annoying and he seems to try way too hard to come across as a bad-ass. It’s just not convincing. And personally I prefer a fighter that can string a sentence together. And you know, maybe use a few words with more than one or two syllables?
by JRK on Jun 19, 2008 1:30 PM EDT up reply actions
k if you think he’s annoying, go ahead. but did you even watch the video and see how humble he was? he said yea, i got KOd. it was embarassing etc etc. n then you want to hate on him cuz he spells spider wit a Y and talk tough about how YOU want to kick his face in cuz he thinks he’s gangster. sounds like you’re the 1 trying to be a badass.

Back in Hawaii huh? Not necessarily a positive thing, we all saw what it did for Joe Lauzon, he got smoked! With all due respect to BJ, I think he’s an excellent fighter and love to watch him, but I don’t think he runs the best training camps. Maybe it’s the Hawaiian atmosphere, too many babes, too much surfing, too much sulphur in the air, I don’t know…
Maybe Kendall will prove me wrong, but my bet’s on Tanner. He’s a bit of a knob sometimes but you gotta love his honesty and humility!

Um… Joe lost to Kenny Florian…
Kenny is bad ass!
If you think less of Joe for that loss (which had some bad ref action in it, Joe takes an illegal blow while in a dominant position, and you restart the fight in a neutral position, WTF?) you are a fool.

watchu know about hawaii?! hawaii has the highest density of fighters per population than anywhere else in the world. why do you think theres so many promotions putting shows on over there? (cage rage, rotr, strikeforce, elitexc, ufc soon). i seen 1 guy dropping all 8 guys mobbing him wit van damn jump kicks on my way to the bus stop. thats training camp. please don’t believe everything you see in the elvis movies.
by kama kaze on Jun 19, 2008 6:27 PM EDT up reply actions
das right kendall! drop that kalapana right on his face! and how about some kicks to the gut or better yet a knee?! please. make the old man pay for trying to close the distance!! just punish him. and yes, good move back to hawaii. punishment and xtreme coutour doesn’t fit your style of fight. don’t let him jack you for your job and livelyhood. do or die right here. survival boy! Hawaii’s WATCHING!
