There's more to the workout, but the serious lift comes in around the five-minute mark:

Dana makes 225 @ 14 look easy. To bad lifting weights is retarted. Unless your goal is to gain strength for MMA.

or if you have unfinished issues with Tito?
Dana White by flying head-butt! (since they will go at it at Kimbo’s backyard!)

315 ilbs is only the left side of Gary Shaw’s ass and he picks that up routinely. This is no big deal!!!

Wow wonder what kind of juice hes taking
by yoyoman on Jun 18, 2008 11:11 AM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Thats pretty good.
When I trained I was benching no more than 225.
I was smaller then but I don’t train now but still think I could push to 285 for 1 rep.
315 is heavy. Remembering that he was building up to that weight so it’s not as if he was fresh too

yeah who cares, just make the announcement already

Dana White can bench 315 whoopy! Hes what? 200 plus lbs? I know guys that are 170 benching 365 for REPS! 3×3 of course they are football players so all they do is bench and squat. I guess at least Dana is in shape and not a fat peice of crap like Gary Shaw!

I will give dana props for that, pretty damn impressive. Here is my question though, even when I was playing football back in the day everyone always bragged about their bench. Why? so is a really fat chick falls on you while you are on your back you can lift them off? awesome! I’m 6’4 and have really long arms so i can about bench the equivalent of a 16 yr old girl, but I can throw a right hook harder than all those football players that can bench 350+. so why make that the pinnacle of muscular bragging rights?!

why is every 1 hating? 140kg is alot to bench alot of poeple cant do that.

i wonder how much dana is weighing in at?
by sac165 on Jun 18, 2008 2:32 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Considering the amount of free time he has on a weekly basis to even do this kind of thing, I’d say it is pretty impressive.

This is the only intelligent response so far.

Good form on the bench press, and should be because he must have been lifting more or less regularly for the last 20 years, I guess. But those bicycle crunhes at the end were hilarious. Bench press: ok. Core strength and VO2 max: probably not so good…
by john deere on Sep 30, 2008 5:50 AM EDT reply actions 0 recs
the 14 reps at 225 is more impressive than the 315. and by the looks of it he could do alot more than 315
by ToolFanMael on Nov 17, 2008 8:57 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
damn that was good i bet he can do a lot more than 315 because not only did he get it up with ease he did a lot of reps before that with some pretty high weight
