Am I the only one for whom the MMARated videos never work?

by Ryan on May 28, 2008 5:24 PM EDT reply actions

Your not alone. Now I am curious what the video is about from the title. Is it supposed to say, “week of training”?

For some computers, your anti-spyware is blocking it. If you disable your anti-spyware, and try again in a few minutes, it should work just fine.

Nop, it never works for me either.

Forrest Griffin = Top Bloke!

by braveheart on May 29, 2008 9:19 AM EDT up reply actions

it worked fine for me. it was pretty good. kinda funny. not the best ever but still ok. forrest has a good sense of humor and goes along w/ almost anything.you can tell he doesnt take himself too seriusly, wich is cool. this reporter looks lucky he didnt get kicked in the leg like the one who was late. it migh have killed him.

by b.w. on May 28, 2008 5:34 PM EDT reply actions

it will be a bad night for him too at ufc 86

It is very GOAT

by RipTheSystem on May 29, 2008 3:40 AM EDT up reply actions

Man I’m pumped for this fight. Always been a fan of Forrest but Rampage is my fav. I dont think Forrest has him beat in any department really, but its a fight and anything can happen in a fight. Should be entertaining.

by Joey 1.0 on May 28, 2008 5:41 PM EDT reply actions

he’ll be bigger and stronger(perhaps)but thats about it. i still think its gonna be a great fight no matter what anyone says.

by b.w. on May 28, 2008 5:50 PM EDT up reply actions

stronger? are you serious? rampage is freakishly strong… esp at 205… did you see what he did to arona?

by haemophiliac on May 29, 2008 4:27 AM EDT up reply actions

worked fine for me as well..that interviewer sucked lol, made it maaaad uncomfortale lol

by XxXFactor on May 28, 2008 5:46 PM EDT reply actions

Forrest wasn’t into it, he was tired and just being flippant.. the guy should have had a list of about 20 question he could rapidly ask Forrest after each tangent…

by THORAZINE on May 29, 2008 2:40 AM EDT up reply actions

Forrest is underrated by most people.

by bostonmmajunkie on May 28, 2008 5:54 PM EDT reply actions

at the end “look at the guy with the jesus beard” LOL

by Metalnick on May 28, 2008 6:01 PM EDT reply actions

Bad Interview really, really bad.

by Robert on May 28, 2008 6:16 PM EDT reply actions

lol, please dont let that guy interview fighters anymore! ha ha

by Ramon on May 28, 2008 6:28 PM EDT reply actions

Forrest is funny. But why on earth does he download stuff for free? He gets paid pretty good to buy original stuff. Forrest with that beard looks like what a primate would look like before civilization occurred, if he keeps this up he’ll beat wandy in the monkey looking business.

by linx on May 28, 2008 6:38 PM EDT reply actions

look at the guy at 4:28, he looks just like kenny florian

by kazai on May 28, 2008 6:44 PM EDT reply actions

Forrest acted rather odd in that interview???

Does it make you post twice? lol

by chefdaddy on May 29, 2008 7:37 AM EDT up reply actions

I thought the interviewer did alright…he rolled with what Forrest gave him…he’s not the easiest guy to interview…cheers.

by Seamus on May 28, 2008 6:53 PM EDT reply actions

I agree…He’s so wacky you never know what kind of response you’ll get or where the interview will go next.

by RobH86 on May 28, 2008 7:51 PM EDT up reply actions

Geez that interviewer was awkward.

by Bill Goldberg on May 28, 2008 6:55 PM EDT reply actions

i really like Forrest, too bad he gonna take an L

by jdawg on May 28, 2008 6:57 PM EDT reply actions

I hate how the reporter friggen said the crap about him hating jackson!!!!! nothin like starting bs, does he realize that not all the fighter’s are like tito! But I do have to say I wish Forrest luck and I hope he get’s his shnit together for that fight, I hope he win’s the title, but I just feel like omg about it! And I am by far not a fan of Jackson’s!!!!!!!!

by bisnatch on May 28, 2008 7:17 PM EDT reply actions

I think Forrest has more of a chance to win than most people give him credit for. Rampage got caught in a choke by that rookie in TUF last week. How weak was that on Rampage’s part?

by JV on May 28, 2008 7:17 PM EDT reply actions

I wouldn’t worry about that too much. I mean I might be wrong but in a proper bout I don’t see it. Then again crazy stuff happens in mma doesn’t it. I would be amazed if Forrest subbed him but look what happened with Shogun. If it was a 5 rounder I’d give Forrest a much better chance but 3 rounds suits Rampage just fine if he can’t get the KO.

by RobH86 on May 28, 2008 7:49 PM EDT up reply actions

It IS a 5 round fight, it’s for the title

by theCloser on May 28, 2008 9:29 PM EDT up reply actions

That rookie is a natural and tough as hell… It was wrestling/Jujitsu practice, guarantee u Rampage wasn’t going full force. In a fight, he’d KO him before he ever got into that position.

But I agree with u, Forrest has a good chance. He’s a lot bigger than Rampage and if he can keep a few rounds on the ground he could possible tire Rampage out because of his size and weight, thereby diminishing Rampage’s punching power.

I like his chances against Rampage as much as anyone in the division.

by THORAZINE on May 29, 2008 2:57 AM EDT up reply actions

Dude, you must not know the difference between training and fighting. This was training, and Rampage was also getting CB’s confidence up for his fight. Rampage has been caught in guillotines by Ilhoukine and Bustamante, and the guy won’t tap. Submitting Rampage in an MMA fight is something you’re rarely (if ever anymore) going to see.

by Hardcharger on May 29, 2008 9:44 AM EDT up reply actions

I think Jackson is just for the money, I feel he will get caught up in shnit and land on his ass, and I can’t wait to see it!

by bisnatch on May 28, 2008 7:18 PM EDT reply actions

Takes lots of valium and zoloft? Some how that actually doesnt surprise me, he kind of acts like other people I know on zoloft. Not that it is necessarily bad~

by Scott on May 28, 2008 7:34 PM EDT reply actions

Run Forest! run! You’d think he could hold a simple conversation but i guess being famous is getting to his head. Rampage is going to smash this guy! BEAT DOWN BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

by Kahalulu Caz!!! on May 28, 2008 7:50 PM EDT reply actions

Wow anyone else think that Forest was out of his damn mind during this interview?

by Jesse on May 28, 2008 8:52 PM EDT reply actions

I ‘ve watched forrest alot and rampage forrest seems like a real jerk he’s not funny quinton is funny you’d think this seasons tuff would be great but it has really stunk and not even has forrest helped
quinton alittle but not too funny so far
chip on his shoulder and seems ungreatful to have an interview …too bad he’s not gettn the big bucks like jardine!!!!!!!!
screw dana

by GORANDY on May 28, 2008 9:06 PM EDT reply actions

Uncomfortable Forrest Griffin interview #83.

by Howie on May 28, 2008 9:15 PM EDT reply actions

BISNATCH , he of course is in it for the money he’s a pro mma fighter hes worked his ass off and he deserves that money , but in no way is it the only thing he is in for , jackson has much heart and trains like an animal
he wants to fight silva and shogun and he will clean out that division until he gets his chance to beat them up , i think the only possible , and i say possible not a severe threat is machida in the future that guy is very skilled

by jon on May 28, 2008 9:37 PM EDT reply actions

I like Rampage, think he is a great fighter, an amusing character and a good champion. However, let’s not get carried away and make him invunerable just yet. His fighting style is not the clean cut and clinical approach of say Anderson Silva. He relies a lot on the bullrush and brute force so eventually will get caught. On his day can beat anyone but will not be the invunerable champ everyone is suggesting.

Sweet illegal downloading skills from the former police officer…

lol i dont fucking care.

Rocking the Nick Cave ftw.

by Sam Cupitt on May 28, 2008 9:42 PM EDT reply actions

I’m surprised no one is commenting on the fact that this guy sound out of sorts. That is, he sounds like his training is not going so well and he’s not ready for Rampage.

by james on May 28, 2008 10:02 PM EDT reply actions

Works fine for me. Of course I’m on a Mac so I have no need for anti-virus or anti-spyware since there’s no such thing for a Mac.

:)

by kibbled_bits on May 28, 2008 10:14 PM EDT reply actions

Can’t read to much into interviews. This is going to end up being a slugfest and both guys know it only takes 1 punch to end it.

by Vette on May 28, 2008 10:19 PM EDT reply actions

interviewer didnt really do it for me, gotta love the downloads though

by ken on May 28, 2008 11:16 PM EDT reply actions

i think the interviewer is quite sexy, actually.
