Tito Ortiz SportsCenter video on UFC 84, Dana White and more

Nothing makes me happier knowing that this will be the last day that the UFC will ever be associated with Jacob Ortiz! Good riddance!

Tito will not end up fighting for Affliction because they have too much top competition and Tito isnt a real fighter that wants to fight the best. He wants to earn big buck while fighting B level fighters……EliteXC is the perfect match for Jacob.

I am sure Dana woke up this morning feeling the same way I do, Thank God it will be Tito’s last day wasting the UFC fans money buy talking the talk, and then fighting like a bum! Bye Bye Jacob!

jacob is a liar! thats been proven time and time again. from him saying that he and chuck were buddies, to the boxing match w/ dana to him lying about gsp was unhappy w/ the ufc. i can understand why jacob is asked so much about dana cuz of their fued, but why doesnt any reporter ask any of the other fighters their opinion on dana. i would like to hear what wandi, bj or jardine think about dana, not just disgruntled guys like jacob, randy and the shamrocks. thats the problem w/ those last 4, their heads got to big and they though they were bigger than the sport itself. good riddance jacob! and if lyoto destroys him hello WWE!

Ortiz deserves much more respect than he gets from the average poster on here. The guy has dedicated his life to MMA for 11 freakin years. Most of you guys haven’t been out of diapers for 11 years.

Precisely. Ortiz helped make MMA what it is today. He made me a fan of MMA and I’m sure he did the same with countless others.
He grew the UFC back in the day, and then helped their PPV buyrates explode in 2006.
When Randy speaks out about money it’s all “Oh Randy is great, GO CAPTAIN AMERICA!” but when Tito does the same everyone gives him the middle finger.
I can’t wait until he smashes Machida and forces Dana White to either get down on his knees or lose his biggest draw who will have just re-entered the Top 5.

Screw this guy.If he didn’t have that slut talking in his ear none of this would be going on. All he cares about is money. Don’t get me wrong tito is a “GOOD” fighter and has done alot for the sport of MMA but I think he needs the ufc more than they need him

Well the UFC and Dana will lose some glamor without Tito and all the controversy, smack talking, and things that make the UFC a little bit more interesting outside the octagon. He will be missed. I’m just afraid this and Randy is the beginning of others, except Chuck of course (Dana’s boy), of the big names leaving.

Tito is about 30% focused on Machida, and 70% on embarrassing Dana, just like the weigh ins. All the Jenna notoriety, $$$, and working so hard to be mainstream, will hurt him when its just him and Lyoto in the cage. He’s not hungry (as a fighter) anymore, except for publicity and $$$. I’ll be wearing my Punishment shirt tonight, but I just hate to see him go….

I can understand why some people would find his style boring, but look at Tito’s face, the damage was done.

Tito was outclassed. Machida is a counterstriker, and unless his opponent is an effective striker with the ability to combat his style, the fight is most likely going to be boring.

Just know, though, Tito was picked apart.

WOW, not only does Tito sound dumb. He was basically quoting his girlfriend when he spoke. So it appears that she has the brains in the “family”. Damn so I got beat out for JJ’s affections by a big dumb lug. I feel really bad now. Hopefully, Randy will get something worthwhile going to keep these guys employeed.
