She’s been fighting muay tai for years and has easily beat down people in MMA. There’s no denying she’s hot, and if you don’t agree I’d compare those to the people who prefer males.

lol, she doesn’t train full time EVER. I’ve been saying this for weeks. SEX sells. She can’t make weight, and is thrown inexperienced, not well rounded women to beat. She’s the Kimbo of womens mma.

Tara LaRosa, Bodog lightweight champion, made the following statement about Carano recently:
she so dedicated to the sport, and to her health, that she is currently walking around at 191 lbs. I’m not making fun of her weight, I’m just saying what serious athlete who competes at 140 lbs, compromises their health, and their professional career by being so careless? she’s not one of us, she isn’t dedicated to a higher level of athleticism… she doesn’t even train between fights, to work on the weak points of her game.
I just wish they would use a girl that is serious about the sport. Someone that not just women interested in fighting can look up to, but someone all women and men in every aspect of society can look up to. We all wish, the best in sports would get recognized… but we men r just pigs’ and enough women don’t support women’s sport. Even though your heart is in the right place Kevin, it’s not to be… just read the comments from these guys here… yeah’ LaRosa is the best… but not glamorous enough to hold the spotlight.
Gina’s still fighting, either someone’s gonna knock her block off, or she’s going to have to get better. I’ve seen enough of Gina’s C’s… fights to realize, she can fight… even her BJ is pretty fair. While not a top women’s fighter, she didn’t ask for all this attention, its was handed to her… should she not take it? Put her career on hold, until she can prove herself? pass up golden opportunities?… she seems sincere, fairly level headed and realizes that she’s just rolling with it… I haven’t heard her talking ‘smack’. maybe someday we’ll get to see LaRosa fight her, but LaRosa will probably never get the attention Carano will get…

I was wondering how she was focusing on her training while doing American Galdiators? It kinda sucks to know that she wasn’t. She has a lot riding on this fight, just because it will be the first female mma fight live on a national channel.
