J-Lau & Ken-Flo are 2 of the worst nicknames in all of MMA. the loser of this fight should have to keep their silly nickname.
i hope Ken chokes out this kid. Ken deserves another title shot after this if he wins.

i heard the ken-flo was changing his nickname to “the finisher.” but i’m not 100% sure on that one. also the movie was a waste of time, at least the last 2 minutes. hopefully the fight will be a good one.

i’m pulling for “psycho joe” or was is “crazy joe.” does anyone remember the nickname bj gave him? whatever i hope lauzon wins!
