Check out the 10-second EliteXC commercial that aired on CBS last night during the NCAA tournament for the debut of "Saturday Night Fights" on May 31 below. Kimbo Slice is the centerpiece of the bit, which mentions the word "champion" in the teaser.

Is it possible that he'll lock horns with Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva on fight night for the EliteXC heavyweight championship or is it just ambiguous advertising?

I tend to think it's the latter because Silva is dominant on the ground and could more than likely submit Slice if he can take the fight to the mat. And a Slice loss in his network television debut would be a potential disaster for ratings down the road -- Kimbo is their most marketable asset right now.

Time will tell.
