WHAT!!!!
I agree with BOSS, did you not listen ?
This guy came from a bad home and nothing, to a superstar.
If you think there is something wrong with that, you are losers
and will be forever.

I want to like the guy, I really do, he seems like such a cool person but Goddam tito get that ego in check. NO ONE is worth that much money per fight…not in the stages that MMA is in right now…maybe 7-10 years from now…MAYBE..

I see Tito Ortiz today the money maker… What happened to the Huntington Beach BadBoy, he was a fighter

I don’t really feel like sitting through a 25-minute video. Anyone want to summarize? Is it just a lot more Tito whining about not being paid the millions of dollars he thinks Dana owes him?

that was prolly the best interveiw i’v ever seen from Tito.
Man i hope he smashes Lyoto shamrock style

dont hate. he did good for the sport. i enjoy watching him fight. tito is a ticket-seller.

Weird. He sounded more incoherent than Chuck at times. Still he’s great for the sport even if he hasn’t evolved with the game. Maybe he’s past his sell by date.
I think it was cool that he gave Dana his due. He’s still professional when he has to be.

me! me! my name in lights! me! I! I! attention! my! IIIIIIIIIIIII!…ugghh .. long interview

How long ago was this interview done?
He gave much credit to Dana White and Zuffa for putting MMA on the map. He’s a lot more ‘calm’ in this interview than in others.
Tito Ortiz is, and always will be, a legend in the sport of MMA. Some people here fail to realize that all athletes, fighters included, have a set amount of time for athletic greatness. People get old. At some point, they’ll need to branch off and think of life after their sport. Ortiz and Couture are just taking advantage of their shine right now.
Tito probably has 2-3 more years of quality fighting in him. I don’t think he’ll be able to compete for the LHW belt as he did in the past. His better years are behind him, but, he’s the type of fighter fans want to see fight. Win or lose.

wait… wrong genre.
but damn, Titos Tacos are the best!!

Wow, what a cinderella story: from drug addict parents to fame and “stardism”. He must think of that every night when he goes to bed and “lays his bed on the pillow”. lol

infact in my opinion tito is a good guy, & only hate him the way he disrespected the lions then corner when he defeated guy mezger in the rematch & i hate the way he treat ken when they’re still in bad blood, but other than that he’s cool!

Tito the Burrito having 2-3 more quality years of fighting left in him, lol what a joke, I havent seen a quality fight from Tito since his match with Belfort back 3 years ago in 05. A split win against Forrest which imo was a W for Forrest. Two wins against Ken Shamrock, like thats saying alot since Shamrock even though i respect Shamrock for what HE did for the business and back in his PRIME was a Machine, he wasnt in any kind of fighting form when he fought the Burrito the last 2 times. The loss to Liddell which we all knew that was gonna happen, Tito can hang with a Striker, he hates to get hit. Then a draw with Rashad. I respect tito for what he brought to the UFC back in its early days, but its time to part ways with him. He doesnt want to fight anymore, why do you think he was on celebrity apprentice. He wants to be a business man and go where every man has gone before ( Jenna )……

Well.. the fighters arent ignorant. they know how much money they can ask for because they are the ones that truly know how much revenue the UFC makes…no matter how you dice it, he was the 1st true superstar and (moneymaker) in the UFC. and to the one who pointed “he doesnt want to fight anymore” Would you classify lidell in the same sentence, i mean lidell has been on a few shows himself hasnt he???

Of course he wants to be a business man also! hes not getting any younger.

Tito is trying to get paid like he’s A-Rod in the Major Leagues or something.
This isn’t Baseball, or Football, or Basketball, or Boxing.
I believe fighters should definitely get more pay in the future, as the sport grows. The bigger it gets, the more money fighters should make. It’s a thing that is inevitable. With HDNet Fights and Elite XC and StrikeForce all prepping up their own shows on TV, UFC and the rest of MMA will have to give higher pay to the fighters through competition of fellow MMA companies.
What Tito is asking is way too much, too soon. He is a legend who has had a Top Pay Grade in the UFC since it’s inception. He is right there with Couture and Chuck for Top Money Makers. Quit crying. I’m sure if you didn’t bitch about the Company every chance you get a camera in front of you, maybe the UFC would be more prone to work with you.
Tito helped make MMA what it is today. He didn’t make MMA. Get off your pedestal, Ortiz.

Tito’s alright, good interview, he’s certainly got his bad points, but he’s always cool to fans, that says a lot.

I dont like alot of the things Tito says, and he doesnt always show sportsmanship after his fights (or before), but apart from that I have nothing against him.

To come from nothing and achieving as much as he has, Tito is the true definition of the American Spirit and what hard work can achieve. You can hate his character but you can’t deny his work ethic or what he has done for the sport of MMA!
Haters keep hating because that is the only thing you do well! Keep punching Tito, you’re the Man!

I am at school right now so I cant listen to the Audio. can anyone tell me how much this idiot wants to be paid per fight?
Forget his popularity with some fans, who dont know the real ins and outs of the sport. His fighting ability is worth no more than $20,000 per fight. His poulatity should bump that figure up a bit, but in no way do I feel that he should be paid 6 figures per fight. He is the MOST OVER PAID fighter in the UFC and in about 2 months, he will be gone. Good Ridance, I look forward to never having to watch one of his mediocre fights ever again on a UFC card!

I actually kind of hope he wins. Wouldn’t that make Dana look like a dumb ass as Tito rides off into the sunset with a victory. Although I hope he wins I have to agree with some of you guys, I don’t really care to see him in the UFC anymore.

I agree with Sean, it’s watchin this video and when seeing him as a TUF coach I see him as a cool guy
But guaranteed that in a few days thur’ll be a new video of Tito running his mouth and being such a cocky prick that’ll remind me why he’s such an ass

Yes yes he is! Maybe if he was a bit more humble then people would like him more. As for him being the man! I think others have proven that indeed he isnt the man.

Tito is the shit and is actually a real cool dude in person, is just that he trash talks everyone before he fights and some people think of him as a cocky and arrogant dude. But he just talks a lot to promote fights and bring drama to make things more intresting for fans and the media hes a smart guy. I hope he wins his next fight so he can shut that piece of shit motherfucker Dana White up.
Good luck Tito
